Non-existent customer service.
GMPartsStore changed one of my ordered parts to the incorrect part. I attempted reaching them twice before it was shipped, but, to no avail. The wrong items was received May 18, 2020, along with another item that should have been quantity 20, though, received quantity 1.
I still have not heard back from anyone after numerous phone calls, emails, and contact form submissions from gmpartsstore.com. I am requesting items be returned for a full credit. My only next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau if no response in the next 20 days.

Worst customer service i have ever had ordering auto parts. No order updates. No return communications.

After ordering wiper blades 18 days ago there is still no status update on the website. I have rung at least 6 times leaving messages with no response and my emails also are unanswered. I spoke to someone in a different department who said he couldn't help but he'd heard the same complaint from people before. As a main dealer I expected quality service. Avoid this business where customer service doesn't appear to matter.

Terrible customer service! They don鈥檛 answer or return customer calls. Nor, do they respond to messages left on gmpartsstore.com.
Ordered an intake duct on 9/14 and did not receive until 9/26. The part was not mailed until 9/20. 6 days to mail a part in 2019 is WAY too long. No response to three separate status requests via phone answer machine or netsite message.
