Horrible exp, scammed me for my money

I almost lost 39000 euros in bitcoin to a broker and thought i would never get it back until i met Mr Bart Kasch who helped me recover my money and gave me some very helpful trading advice. Withdrawing your funds from GMOtrading is a way easier experience than I have had with other platforms or brokerage providers.
Not only that, but they have a great variety of accepted payment methods. I鈥檇 say this one is a good pick for a newcomer to the industry.

Unfortunately, the people I was put in contact with only wanted me to add money to may GMOT account to follow his "signals" and buy/sell accordingly, there wasn't any training as expected, neither was figuring out which were/are my financial capabilities or interest to stablish a suitable strategy for me. So, I was very dissapointed and decided to close my account.
Even though I closed my account at GMOT by April 15th, GMOT system is still bugging me with data request to complete the registration (of a closed account… for almost three months already… 6 times, and counting…).
If their system is a reflect of the way the work, it is a complete mess then… and reading all the reviews here I can confirm I took the right decision: closing my GMOT account.
Worst IT-Support team ever and/or not conserning at all for their clients… my experience leads to that conclusion
I would NOT recommend to use them as your Broker of choice….

It seems to me that the company is good. Despite the fact that too many promises do not fulfil. I know that other companies sin with empty promises, so I do not scold GMO, but I would like them to be corrected.
