DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I cancelled my order the day after I made it. No one informed me at the time that orders could not be cancelled once made. The rep told me my order was cancelled but three weeks later I was charged. As soon as I received my charge I reached out to them and informed them this order was cancelled three weeks ago. I refused the package and they refused to give me my full refund. I have asked to speak to someone in charge but for some reason my request is being refused.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY………I ordered a wig that was in stock back in April 2020 (they took money off my cc ASAP). I received a email the next day with tracking information, when I used that tracking number to track package was advised that number was INVALID.I called the company and was told that they would pass the message on to corporate and they will return my call. That call NEVER came after leaving over 4 messages in a 2 week period. I also sent emails NO RESPONSE.It took me filing a COMPLAINT with the BBB to finally receive a email with tracking information and I received my wig a week later. The entire process TOOK OVER A MONTH . BEWARE

This is my first time experience with Sam Beauty hair. I was surfing the internet and sam's beauty popped up. And the prices grabbed my attention.Well I am that type of person that search everything, even the reviews however, I fail to do that with this company because I was floored by the prices. To make a long story short, I placed an order. Later on that night after the order was placed it just seemed like the prices was to good to be true. So I decided to Google the reviews. My my, after reading the reviews, I decided to cancel my order based on the reviews. So the next morning I
called to cancel, the receptionist was very nice asked me for my order number and said its been processed. I stated no problem and said to my self Well, there goes 45 dollars down the drain. Now based on the reviews, if I had canceled, I would have missed out on a spectacular deal. I am so happy I did not. My experience was very positive. My hair came
in about 4 to 5 days later. I had the right color, the right amount just as ordered. I was very pleased with the quality and price.
I looked my order over and examined the hair and just as pictured it was all there. So KUDOS to this hair supply company. Now all I'm saying, is for the ones who has had a bad or negative experience before you post be sure that you've done everything on your part to resolve the situation, which include reading the return policy. Because don't blame the company for charging a restocking fee on returns when you did not read the rules on the return policy. All I'm saying is reviews damage these companies and I almost didnt order, and if the company hadn't responded in a speedy manner I would have lost out on a spectacular deal. Thanks Sam's Beauty for prompt service. I read all reviews. But, some reviews bash about the return policy and get upset but failed to education yourselves on the return policies. Also, others bashed and said but I ordered again, thats wishie washie and very confusing. Next time do better and not be so confusing that's all I'm saying. Because people depend on reviews. It appeared that some had legit bad experience but fail to provide details surrounding the negative experience but before you slam companies be sure before posting everything is done on your end. Because most companies want want your business and will do anything to resolve issues. I
will order again and I'm one those people that give props for what was done right and tumbs down for wrong. I will be ordering again until then I'll post.
