I was having some really bad luck with purchasing a Panasonic Microwave Oven. 1st retailer went bust, 2nd appliance failed after 2 weeks and the 3rd Panasonic Microwave Oven NN-CT880M I purchased via Giant Warehouse from GM Trading Ltd. blew some connections on its PCB Board after just 4 month.
I received excellent customer service from this company. They were friendly, approachable, helpful and they arranged collection, repair and re-delivery. If the courier service hadn't dropped the appliance on its way back…..
Never the less they recollected the battered appliance and gave me a full refund.
I quite happily recommend this company to anybody, but I would NOT recommend buying a Panasonic Microwave Oven NN-CT880M.
