I actually started my interaction with this company as a dissatisfied customer, because I found the product to be illogical / cumbersome and with too many teething problems.
That has been completely reversed.
The feedback I got from Gluu concerning my problems were topnotch, the feedback was awesome, and aside from learning much more about the product, I have experienced just how professional they are about converting input to product roadmaps. They took my feedback to heart, they sparred with me about the problems I was having via video workshops, they added most of my suggestions to their product roadmap and they even shared roadmap philosophies with me.
I have given them four stars, because the product is still far away from where I could be, but I have gotten strong confidence in their ability and desire to get there. And the product does do many things well.
