I WAS NOT SENT A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY PURCHASE, AFTER PLACING A FEW CALLS, FINALLY TALKED TO A YOUNG LADY THAT DIDN'T KNOW WHY MY ORDER HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED BUT ASSURED ME SHE WOULD CHECK ON MY ORDER AND LET ME KNOW OF THE STATUS OF MY ODER. NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM HER OR ANYBODY ELSE, BUT STRANGELY ENOUGH SHE SEEM TO ENCOURAGE ME TO ASK FOR A REFUND AS IF SHE KNOW I WASN'T GOING TO GET THIS PRODUCT OR IT WASN'T IN STOCK.

We recently ordered our 6 year old son a set of USKids Tour Series clubs. After receiving an order confirmation, we received a phone call from Adam to break the news that the set we ordered wasn't available but they did everything possible to make it right. Adam worked with the manufacturer and ensured the new latest model would arrive for us and made sure our little guy would be ok with the bag color change. He emailed us a picture of the set and then followed up to let us know it had shipped. We were so impressed with the service that we added the putter to the order. The clubs arrived in a timely fashion and our son just loves them. He wanted to hit with his new driver right away so let him tee off in the front yard where he angled away from the house. Right before he swung we asked what he was aiming for and he told us the light pole.. he had a lucky first shot and hit the light pole (thankfully not the light)!! What a fun memory created because of GLT and Adam's customer service. We cant wait to play our first full round with them on Saturday!!

2 weeks…two golf tournaments… and multiple Rounds of golf..still no word/status update on my putter that i ordered. Emailed but no answer.

Great price, but i woulda paid the difference I saved to have the putter here for all these rounds of golf and tournaments :/

Great Price, club delivered fast and was exactly as described (new).
Only 4 stars because the ad said would come with a sleeve of ball and it did not. It did say "while supplies last", but I have no idea if that was the case.

The end of May I placed an order with GLTgolfstore for a Clicgear 4 wheel push cart but with a specific request in color- I was a little apprehensive that- that color would even be available because colors were changing with Clicgear- but was quickly assured that one had been found- well long story short- cart was sold before we could finalize order so back to square one – But with a great ending.
I appreciated Matthew and all the effort he put into this special request I had even if We didn鈥檛 get the requested color-and I call that-Great customer service. As far as I am concerned his efforts went beyond normal customer service.
My son and daughter in law were very pleased with the new carts that they will be receiving.

Bad to Great! Well, at first my review was a awful; Let me explain. I ordered a sand wedge on a Monday – 1st time ever using this online website. Immediately, my credit card was charged but I never received an email confirmation. 1 day went by..2…I called each day and left voice messages which were not returned. on the 3rd day, I posted a Google review "1 / Awful". The next day, Fri., the wedge showed up on my door, (which is great, BTW) and at the end of the day, I had a voice message from the owner, and president, Matthew. He was very apologetic and said that likely the GLT messages often wind up in SPAM. Upon checking, only found the invitation to be a member type e-mail, but no order confirmation, tracking e-mails, etc. Perhaps deleted? Matthew has been great and confirmed they are working on improving the customer experience. Not often is the president calling on customers, but he "gets it" and wants to have a world class business. Thank you Matthew. and yes, I will buy from GLT again. Great prices just need to tighten up the customer communications. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the SC200 is a horrible product. The distances and swing speeds are so far off it makes the unit worthless. Glt was very responsive initially but has an unreasonable return policy and has not continued communication.
