Johnthomastoys have a very good and helpful customer service but the delivery service GLS is very bad change it take colissimo or another one.
I think it's Phillip who help me because the first delivery man didn't come and it was very stressful because I didn't know where was my parcel and the website said that it was delivered but no, so Phillip organized a re-delivery and the seconde delivery man didn't ring but the parcel is finally here.
I think the tracking must be improved like don't say it's delivered before the client say yes or no because when the parcel is lost, it's very stressful for the client.
