GLS

One month of battling with customer service. Several fake deliveries saying recipient was absent, horrible customer service center. still didn't get my package. The tracker has 20 lines of actions, non of which provided additional value to anyone. There something really wrong in the Valmadrera office..

I want to express my satisfaction in having handle my boxes over the GLS company.
International delivery from Germany (Magdeburg) to Italy (Palermo). The boxes have been successfully delivered in 4 days.

The only weak point has been the pick up, which took place with a day of delay.

Many courriers are bad. GLS is not so bad, until today never had problems with them
