Worst experience ever! They are the worst company I have ever seen!! They returned the box back to the picking up address because 鈥渘o one was at the delivery address鈥?but they did not even try to deliver it. Do not use this company they are disgusting

I sent a box between EU countries but it never arrived. It was stuck for months in the town of origin until they finally gave it back to me in the same place. After many calls and emails they finally reimbursed my money, but it was a huge waste of time and they never provided the service I had contracted.
I contracted the service through Packlink. Packlink and GLS just accused each other of causing the problem without any of them really trying to solve it. The box was never sent and I had to take it back in the same place from where I had sent it.

NEVER AGAIN!

This currier was used by the company I bought a helmet from and paid extra for a faster delivery. I knew the parcel will come from Spain to UK and the faster delivery said it will arrived within 5 days.
The order was made the 13th January 2021 and was expected the 19th Jan at the latest. GLS received the parcel the 14th January 2021 and the tracking number shows the parcel leaving GLS parcels' center the same day. 6 days later, the tracking number shows the parcel is stored in GLS' parcel center!!!!! So, it left the parcel centre the 14th and the 20th it was still in the parcel centre?
It is 24th January 2021 and once again the tracking shows the parcel has left the parcel center in Spain.

This is not a company with professional services. No-one answers the customer service phone number and have nor received any replies from them after I wrote two complains and one request via their website.

NEVER USE A COMPANY THAT USES THIS UNPROFESSIONAL CURRIER SERVICE!

Apalling service.
Parcel took 2 weeks longer to arrive.
First they didn.t deliver, with my house being less than 3Km (as crow flies ) from distribution centre.
Twice I was told to pick up parcel at different addresses and no parcel has been delivered at pick-up point by GLS. Eventually had to go to distribution centre to pick up parcel myself which they took a while to find.
Hope never have to use them again,

Thirth time in a row the claim "The parcel could not be delivered as further address information is needed". When I pick it up at their office and ask what is missing on the address they start arguing as if i dont know where I live, all other transport firms have no troble finding us. These people are real a..holes.

A bunch of liars ! They said they tried to deliver my parcel twice and I was absent : I was at home waiting the whole time !!!! Then, I ask for the parcel to be delivered at the parcel shop, 30 min later it appears that the parcel is available at the GLS parcel shop. 2nd lie : the parcel shop is closed at that time and after checking with them, my parcel has never been delivered. Why so many lies ? Don't really understand how this is possible that MANGO works with such a joke of a company.
I've never seen this is my life, both in France and in the UK.

This was horrible and stressful experience. My order was not picked up for 2 days, the service did not even try to contact me. The order was made through p2go.com page and they claimed they do not have all information that I indicated there. Finally some guys appeared once and literally ran away cause they were not aware how many boxes they were supposed to pick up. When I called the customer service, they hanged up the phone and did not pick it up anymore. I couldn't believe how the company deals with issues. Definitely not recommended. As well as P2GO.COM was not helpful to solve this issue and seem to refuse to accept my claim.

Absolutely awful, they are in the minus star category.

Went twice to collection office during advertised opening times, both times closed.

My partner tried calling them, we are new to Spain and still learning, but the lady that answered the phone shouted abuse at her in Spanish that she needed to speak the language, then hung up.

We tried sending a message translated in Spanish saying we were outside, but she seemed to refuse to answer.

Suffice to say we still haven't managed to get our parcel and would never choose to use this company to deliver even the most unimportant package.

The worst service possible.

They lost my grandfather's watch. But I did get someone else's darts set instead… with his address still on the package. Their insurance is a joke; No pay out without a receipt. Why would I have a receipt for my grandfather's watch? Tssk! Terrible service. Zero accountability.

My parcel didn't arrive when it was supposed to, and for weeks the tracker has been stuck on

No response when I asked for more information, and no updates on where my parcel is. Terrible service, they don't even deserve one star.

They don't answer emails/messenger or anything. They ignore, informations are not updated, none can give u right answer…
I never had a situation like this, I don't know how Headquarters of GLS allow this kind of things…

If I could I would give 0.
They don't talk with you about problems they have with the shipment. They don't respond when you write them. My shipment is taking 2 weeks already and hasn't come yet. I am very very mad about it and GLS doesn't respond to anything

Not even deserving 1star . Can鈥檛 find my address , I have the same postcode as they do ! Can鈥檛 even phone contact number on packet . Disgusting service , I have been without my mobile for weeks now , they kept changing the delivery dates and then said they couldn鈥檛 find me ! Appalling. I have to collect the parcel myself .

Really Bad service, calling/email/messenger it doesn't work they giving out false information. The delivery guy said: I was not at home (quarantine time). i was clearly at home. The phone (90% nobody picks up the phone)calls just a bunch of lies. Messenger is standard answers doesn't help at all.
I'm now trying 9 days to get my package without luck. Disappointed in this company! Never again!

Trash company. Customer service won't answer the phone. On hold for an hour to reschedule delivery (that I didn't know I needed to sign for) and they won't answer the phone so I can reschedule. The letter says if I don't reschedule they will send back to the carrier. This is unacceptable. ANSWER THE PHONE.

4 deliveries experiences over the last two years. First two birthday present and mother鈥檚 day present posted to Portugal from U.K. Neither arrived and GLS could not trace.
Third delivery also not arrived and GLS claimed they had tried to deliver but was refused!!!! No one was home at the time they claimed and they left no card! This was an eBay order which took me four months to resolve by refund.
Fourth delivery I am still waiting for. Four days over Amazon鈥檚 anticipated delivery date, yet GLS have had the parcel (on tracking site) for 6days- the depot is an hour鈥檚 drive away! Unfortunately the carrier listed on Amazon. es site is ASM.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ASM HAVE BEEN BOUGHT BY GLS!!!

The staff are uninformed and unhelpful, promising delivery which doesn鈥檛 happen. Signature requirement can be waived but I do not trust them enough to do this as they have lied in the past. I have waited in for the last three days, cancelling appointments or being inconvenienced and totally frustrated, on their promise to deliver. Had I known they were the carriers I would have cancelled the order. I just hate having to expend more energy again on chasing and complaining.

There MUST be something that we the consumers can do. Every other delivery I have had has been excellent. I can only assume that cheap prices is why the Royal Mail and other companies use GLS. But, as they say, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately the consumers are on the losing end.

My rating of one star is only because there are no negative rating numbers!

Worst company ever . Lying that currier tried to deliver my parcel twice . I would think twice to use their services . 99% give them 1 star , I wouldn鈥檛 even give them half .

para mi son 0 estrellas… mas de 16 dias esperando mercancia por canarias y todavia es en Alemania… no tenemos palabras… la falta de profesionalidad es muy alta…y tampoco te contestan para darte solucion…

Probably just wasting my time writing this for a company that has above 80% bad reviews – It's obvious that service and quality is outside of this company's scope. Hopefully they won't exist much longer.

The worst logistics company ever. 3 out of 3 times they were supposed to deliver my package. Now my package that was supposed to be sent to Barcelona accidentally came to France and has been there for 3 weeks. GLS won't reply to my emails nor answer phone calls. I don't see how a company like this can even exist. The next step is to report them to the authorities for thievery.

It puts me in a lot of trouble not receiving this package and now I'll do whatever I can to ruin things for this company.
