A little bit hesitant to proceed at first. There was no problem at all which I eventually received the item at the expected date. Dr J's is the best handsanitizer so far!

For my first Glowyy experience last March I was not satisfied because of the long delay. I ordered several cases of hand sanitizers and waited 3 weeks for me to receive the package. However, thank you because you've granted my request to make the shipping fee free because I paid for 3 days delivery and not 3 weeks! 3 stars here!
For my second experience, the delivery was no longer an issue because i received it on time. The issue here were broken hand sanitizer pumps, 6 of 24 were broken (maybe because of the handling but i suggest to improve your packaging to protect the items), I asked for refunds for broken pumps and got refunded. 4 stars!

Same as the others. No response to my multiple inquires when the item never shipped 5 weeks later. The only reason I paid outrageous $s for 2 bottles of hand sanitizer was that they were literally the only company I saw (instagram targeted ad) that states product in stock and ready to ship. After no response and no shipment, I disputed through paypal and they returned the money. Only then did they ship the product (5 weeks later despite being given a tracking number the day of the order), and did I start to receive correspondence from the company pretending to be operating out of the US, which is now imploring me to send them money directly. "And with that take this as a gentle reminder that you have the merchandise delivered despite of the dispute.
We are confident that you will appreciate us sending you the invoice, In Lieu of the favor of receiving the packaged and have been refunded as well.Kindly complete the the invoice moving forward."

Best sanitizer! Best quality! HOWEVER, er' we go — Had almost the same experience with several of the customers here. Loooooooooooooong waiting period before the items were delivered to my sister's address. After several attempts to communicate – the magic came in when the company's customer service finally got hold of my emails. From then on – there was no letting go until my sis finally received the items… and then hola – 2 bottles were broken and leaked which happened i guess during transportation. I thought 'things never came easy with this company.' Luckily the company made an immediate response after I reported the broken items. Made a replacement which eventually came to my sis after 4 days. High respects to the people working in this Co. Appreciate everything they did. They deserve these 5 stars bigtime!

Hi! The hand sanitizer was great! Not drying like other products I used. One week and the product was sent out. Long time but it was worth it. Did not really reach out to customer service so cant say anything about this.

Don't do business with this company. Theyre trying to rip off my 79 yr old mom out of $60. They only shipped the product after she filed a complaint with PayPal and repeated emails requesting them to cancel her order. Now they're billing her even though she canceled the order multiple times and they shipped fragranced sanitizer which she cannot use due to the strong scent which gave her a headache. No U.S. address comes up for this company under the dba either.

Ordered April 3rd, supposedly the hand sanitizer was in stock (lie #1)
Prepared for shipment and shipped April 5th, it wasn't (lie #2)
Contacted them April 15th, inquiring about the whereabouts of my order
Responded April 16th, it was being prepared for shipment (again?)
Cancelled my order that day, which they acknowledged, but ignored
Notified me April 17th the order had shipped, I responded I had cancelled. I also stopped payment with my credit card company
Order showed up April 24th
They've been bothering me ever since for payment or return of the product I cancelled. I figure getting it back is their problem, not mine.

Same story as everyone else. They did not have hand sanitizer in stock when they advertised as having it in stock. Asked for a refund weeks later as I was moving, they refused to communicate effectively and refuse a refund.
