OMG, this company is horrible. Bought a collar size Large, said it fits 17"-24" neck. I got the product promptly, but it did not even fit my dogs neck plus i measured the collar and the collar itself is NOT EVEN 21" long. This all happened in February of 2014. I am still trying to return this thing and get my money back!!! Do not buy from this company. They don't even respond to your emails and there is no where to call. HORRIBLE COMPANY, SERIOUSLY!!!

I would give a 0 if I could. I bought a coupon from LivingSocial for an LED glow collar for my dog. The product arrived promptly but didn't work. Uber/Glow My Collar responded quickly saying they would replace the collar. 1.5 mos later and they have not replaced the collar nor do they respond to emails now. They do not offer a telephone number to call them. DO NOT BUY from this site. They are horrible and sell faulty products. Buy Nite Ize collars instead. Better yet – buy from REI as they have a great return policy if your product doesn't work. Anything is better than this horrendous company Glow My Collar.
