Sales department were excellent but it all went downhill from the installation! Three years of leaks and problems not helped by engineers not turning up, telephones not answered and a general lack of interest by Glow Green! They don't seem to keep records so appear to have no idea what I am talking about when I manage to get through to them with an on-going problem! The extended warranty means nothing! It has just added to the stress, anxiety and loss of money through time off work waiting for an engineer who doesn't turn up without even the courtesy of a call to say they aren't coming! I could go on and on but instead I have now cancelled my service contract as 3 years is too long to put up with this dreadful level of service!

No heating no hot water called Glowgreen spoke to a lovely lady called Ann in customer services who was very helpful kind and very understanding who managed to get Daniel out today.Daniel has now just left and we have heating and hot water can't Thank you enough. Daniel did our boiler service months ago very nice guy and once again was extremely helpful can't say thank you enough for coming.ing out Christmas Eve Merry Christmas to you all xxx

Incorrectly fitted a pipe which has caused acidic water to leak thus causing rust damage meaning most of what was installed will need replacing soon. Nearly 4k down the drain (1 bed flat, only replaced boiler and flue). Customer services don't answer phone and no one replies to emails. When spending so much money best to go to experts who know what they are doing and have workmanship pride

Do not use this company, they are totally unreliable, 2 unpaid days off work waiting for engineers to sort out leaking pipe, surprise surprise no show. Customer service don't seem to care passed from pillar to post still to no avail. If only I had read the reviews BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!

We used glow green for a boiler and heating system install. We have experienced terrible customer service from Glow Green. They didn鈥檛 finish the job at our property and it took them 3 months to come back and complete it. They didn鈥檛 complete any paperwork and we are still waiting for gas safe cert and warranty nearly 6 months after boiler installation.

Seemed great to begin with turned up gave me a good quote and got booked in for a week later. The date arrives of installation and no one arrived, contacted the company and they apologise and take responsibility, they seemed genuinely like they were going to resolve the issue quick, however after numerous failed promised calls I got in touch everyday for 3 days, everyday they tell me there working on it. Day 3 of calling them they eventually tell me they now can鈥檛 fit me in for 4 weeks, I have no hot water and heating and after they messed the installation date up there resolution is a date 4 weeks later, however I still don鈥檛 have an actual date booked in as they鈥檙e still waiting to hear back from there engineers on availability.

Good level of communication from quote/survey to followup call and the arrangement of installation date/time.had email from engineer night before , phone call to check in and another to say he would be 15 mins. Very knowledgeable and answered any queries I had. Checked in with me periodically throughout installation to explain changes needed. Got job done and went through the technical aspects of thermostat etc which I found very helpful as not particularly tech orientated. Left work area as he found it , no mess , no bits and pieces left over , all surrounding surfaces wiped clean of any dust ect from drilling etc.

Following a catalogue of issues previously reported here on trust pilot that finally got resolved, I got to booking my annual service.
Engineer was booked for 6th December.
I received an email on 3rd December late in the afternoon to say they had been cancelled but an engineer would come instead on the following day; I would be called an hour beforehand to let me know someone was on their way. They hadn't even had the decency to call me to make sure I knew.
No call, no engineer.
I waited until the day service was originally booked in case there had been an error, still no engineer or call.
Called glow green customer service and was reassured someone would call back to book appointment.
Still no call….
Glow Green are quick to take your money, but make false promises
Aftercare is apalling
DON'T GET THE SERVICE PLAN, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

Boiler installation good,engineer first class.
But customer services not so good it took many phone calls emails just to get something done about finance that my wife had taken out with glowgreen. Through (Barkley's bank )boiler was fitted in September,but payment. Has not been taken out , which has now put my wife credit rating down this has never happened before, if I had know what no now I would have gone with another company
If any one ask me to recommend boiler company I would say not to use glowgreen

New boiler fitted today by Glow Green engineer Joe Hullett.. He was very knowledge, efficient and polite. Thoroughly recommend him and Glow Green.

Please no one ever use this company. I have had a boiler delivered later than promised. The parts to connect it were wrong and am now left with a hole in the wall, the old boiler sitting outside, the new boiler not connected, no hot water and no heating – this is the 6th day… Glowgreen never answer telephone calls or emails, never apologise and I feel very sorry for the engineers they employ who are unable to complete the job. The only person I would rate is Ashley the surveyor.

Poor company poor work poor service left my house like a tip with my floor boards all cut up and had a fire in my gas meter box outside..5 weeks later on I am still no better off and also had a leek in my ceiling and my ceiling is starting to come though….all I get when I ring someone will ring you Tomorrow do they F鈥擪 …

Shortly after our installation last week I found that the radiator in our utility room wasn't getting hot. The pipes are all hot leading to it so it seems like its blocked. As it's always worked perfectly well up till now it's obvious that when the system had a chemical flush, it has settled and blocked the radiator.
I messaged the installer as he requested if I had any issues, he replied straight away asking what the problem was but then I never heard from him again.
I called the out of hours help line and reported the problem but nobody seems to have logged it.
I called the sales team, twice, and despite their best efforts I still haven't had so much as a follow up call.
This concerns me that if I was to have an issue that meant we had no hot water, what service will I receive if I cant even get a call back within a week for a blockage caused during installation?
I'm wrote to inform them that my next port of call is social media and watchdog. I'm not prepared to let this go and pay to have it resolved out of my own pocket when their company caused the issue.
The aftercare from this company is diabolical and I would not recommend this company at all! I had to give 1 star as a rating because that is the lowest allowed!

Don鈥檛 bother with this company. Their communication is either abominable or non-existent. They promise call backs but never do, I鈥檝e currently been waiting over 5 days. Once they have you signed to the finance agreement they have no interest. (The engineers I believe are contractors and I had no issue with the chap who came to my house). Service on the telephone is diabolical though even if you do actually get through.
I鈥檓 dreading having to deal with them if the boiler goes wrong. I truly wish I鈥檇 used a local plumber. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, Glowgreen isn鈥檛.

Whole experience has been positive. New boiler quoted for online and confirmed order over the phone in minutes. Finance arranged easily. The fitter, Joe Hullett, was excellent and despite the job being more complicated than first expected, Joe got on with the job without complaining and clearly took pride in his work.

I think it is a joke trying to get through to Glowgreen. All you get is an automated message asking you to choose from 6 options. No matter which option you choose, you are told they are busy and get cut off. I have been lucky on 8 occassions that I was not cut off but told that I am number 1 on the list to be answered. I have been on the phone for over an hour and kept getting the automated message,"you are number 1" on the list to be answered.
My contract runs out on 1st December 2019. My tenant managed to get through to you after trying after three days. She was promised a return phone call from one of "your team" to arrange a service. GUESS WHAT? NOBODY PHONED HER BACK!!!!!!! SHE TRIED AGAIN AND YES (GUESS WHAT), SHE WAS PROMISED SOMEONE WOULD RING HER BACK. AGAIN NO RETURN PHONECALL!!!!! AFTER BEING ON THE PHONE ALL DAY, SHE GOT THROUGH AND INSISTED ON AN APPOINTMENT. SHE HAS BEEN GIVEN A DATE OF 3/12/2019. SHE EXPLAINED THAT THE CONTRACT RUNS OUT ON 1ST DECEMBER. YOUR TEAM SAID IT DID NOT MATTER AND ALTHOUGH THE CONTRACT RUNS OUT YOU WOULD HONOUR YOUR AGREEMENT OF MY SERVICE ON THE CENTRAL HEATING. I WOULD LIKE THIS CONFIRMED THAT I WILL NOT BE CHARGED!!!!!!
