3 things could be improved:
1) Gloveler is a bit difficult to find in the internet and does not do a promotion similar to airbnb.
2) Also, it would be better to havea similar e-mail system for hosts and guests, where you can use pre-written wording for standard mails.
3) Payment is done locally; this bears the risk for the host that the guest has no money or is running out of money. Better is a system where you have pay in advance to Gloveler so that the host does not have to collected the money and to solve problems if the guest arrives and has all kinds of excuses such as changing money etc. for paying later or not at all.
