DISGRACEFUL COMPANY
I booked a NY trip with this company which was cancelled. I has taken me one year go get some of my money back… they then took 15% for admin fees…. they were obstructive the whole way to through the process and blamed everyone and took zero responsibility for their customers…. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Updated again: on 10/07 a Globehunters employee sent an email to me and asked me to grant them until 17/07 to process the refund of my 4 returned tickets so I waited and till today 22/07 I鈥檝e received no update and no refund. Hence I submitted the charge back request to my credit company as Globehunters took my money but failed to deliver what they promised.
Booking ref no. 374955 (4 returned flight tickets) & 374956 (pre-paid check-in luggages fees)
Updated: got a reply here asking me to send my booking ref number to a given email address but all emails I sent (I used 2 different email system to send out) to this mailbox were undeliverable. Still a scam.
Purchased 4 returned BA flight tickets from LHR to HKG in June last year which meant to happen outbound in late March and return in April this year. Due to Covid-19, so obvious it's not going to happen. Contacted Globehunters in Feb 2020 asking whether it's possible to cancel the booking and they confirmed to me that yes supplier said full refund except 拢25 per head as admin fees and refunds would take about 8 to 10 business working weeks to arrive which seems fair under that special situation. I waited patiently until end of May (after 12 weeks) but still haven't received the promised refund. I contacted Globehunters and got an email reply saying that they were still waiting for the refund from the supplier. I waited again till end of June and contacted Globehunters again for the promised refund and again nothing. Whatever worse is in Globehunters' email reply, they asked me to contact BA myself directly to trace the refund which is not practical as I purchased the tickets from Globehunters directly and paid Globehunters rather than to BA directly. I have waited since 20th Feb 2020 for the promised refund but still nothing. It's just like a scam while they can't prove BA hasn't refunded the tickets and because I purchased the tickets through Globehunters rather than directly from BA and BA just informed me to contact the ticket selling agent instead. Now I can only submit the charge back claim to my credit card company for this trasaction as I can't get my money back from Globehunters.

This review is for flights to the USA in December 2019. I have always preferred to book direct with airlines or big companies and avoided small agents as I felt it was more secure. This time the price difference for the same flights made booking worth the risk after checking the registration details. The booking and some later queries were all dealt with by actually talking to a person on the phone which seems old fashioned now but as Dev knew what he was doing made it much easier. I will always consider Globehunters in future as the price was so much less.

Initially pleased with service. However due to travel ban to USA I'm waiting for company to respond to my email requesting redund procedure. Not had a response as yet.

No help at all from customer service regarding our up coming flights – attitude terrible appreciate it鈥檚 a difficult time but staff need to understand people are worried about getting money back etc
Will never book through Globehunters again.
Last year we booked via another travel agent and when Thomas cook went bust they did all they could to help us

They were easily the cheapest premium economy flight for the service I wished to fly (nearly 拢1500 cheaper than anything else I found). It was not possible with Globehunter to choose my seat – but I am a member of the relevant airline's frequent flyer club so used that to choose my seat. Went to plan perfectly.

Good service. Nice having e-tickets sent to your email rather than having to rely on qr codes like other sites. Only criticism is they didn't tell me to go to check-in desk for each airline on my flight, if your bag has to change airlines, go find the right desk at each airport so that your bag makes it to your flight.
