Where do I even begin.. The first tour guide that picked us up was extremely rude, when I approached him to ask a question about which bus to get on, he glared at me and yelled at me not to ask too many questions. The coach had a toilet but we weren鈥檛 allowed to use it because they didn鈥檛 want to clean it (which defeats the purpose). One of the motels we stayed in (Merced Inn & Suites) didn鈥檛 even have elevators or porters to help the elderly with their luggage and the rooms had no tissues, hand towels or working coffee machine (or even professional staff). When an Indian couple complained to the Chinese tour guide, he just gave them a blank look and ignored them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOUR OPERATOR AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!

We were thrown into bus full of chinese tourists. there was one more non-chinese couple but they always sat in first seat. Tour agent was rude towards us. He used to give preference to chinese and we were the last always. Always used to give us the farthest room and upper floor rooms without lift.Stops mostly at chinese restaurants. Globerouter tried to charge 165 USD when tour agent collected only 120 USD as mandatory fees. They refunded only when I filed a complaint. Overall, a forgettable experience.

Extremely disappointed with the our Yellowstone tour. The tour was obviously catered mainly to Chinese tourists, but we didn鈥檛 know this until we arrived at the start of the tour. Our tour guide, from a company called Ctour Holiday, spoke very poor English, and he really rambled on a lot about his political views and other irrelevant information, so the 8 day trip was really not very informative. We even watched a gory American action film dubbed in Chinese on the coach, and the only specific lunch stops we made were at Chinese buffets!

After an hour of the tour my wife and I, who鈥檇 taken her two elderly parents with us, started to get nervous that the tour was not what we were expecting, and right at the beginning of 2nd day we had a confrontation with the tour guide, which started because he told us not to be late onto the bus. I told him everybody was late that morning because there was only one working elevator in the hotel, which was hosting some other popular event at the same time, so it was impossible for us all to get on the bus on time. But he just didn鈥檛 understand what I was saying, and didn鈥檛 understand that we don鈥檛 need to be given irrelevant advice.聽

The coach had a toilet but we were asked not to use it because it wasn鈥檛 going to be cleaned or emptied during the tour, so it would make the coach smell – not exactly the news one wants to hear when your setting off on an 8 day tour of mainly sitting on a coach鈥? instead we would schedule toilet stops, so the tour guide suggested we don鈥檛 drink coffee in the morning because it will make us need the bathroom. He went on to say the coach toilet must only be used in emergencies, and went on to explain what those emergencies might be (we didn鈥檛 need to know). As a result, toilet breaks always overran because 50 people trying to use gas station restrooms, or just a couple of unisex toilets in a national park, is never quick.

We felt that often stops were too short at interesting places and too long at less interesting places. If we stopped in a village for lunch for example the time it took to eat meant there was no time to see the town. Toilet queues often took up a lot of sight seeing time, and we were expected to shop for breakfast when we stayed at hotels which didn鈥檛 include breakfast, and shop for lunch when we didn鈥檛 have a scheduled lunch break the following day, which was tough when we were getting back to accommodation late after a very long day of travel, in towns which sometimes didn鈥檛 have a proper supermarket nearby. This must have been tougher for those who had young children with them, or the elderly (luckily myself and my wife could shop for her parents).

At the beginning of day 2 my wife emailed Globerouter (Globe Trips) to complain, and to find a solution to get us off the tour, but we didn鈥檛 get a response until the following week when the tour was over. It was a horrible feeling realising at the beginning of a weeklong tour that it wasn鈥檛 what we were sold, all the while feeling that we were stranded in the middle of nowhere with no way out.

My advice is to book with caution. We believe what was advertised to us wasn鈥檛 exactly what we received.

We had the worst experience on the tour.
We were having a terrible time especially with the tour guide, Bill, who doesn鈥檛 speak very good English. On the second day of the 8day tour we had a confrontation with the guide.

Our confrontation was because he told us not to be late onto the bus – and my husband told him everybody was late because there was only one working elevator in the hotel, as well as another event being hosted there, so it was impossible for us all to get on the bus on time, but he just didn鈥檛 understand what we were saying, or that we don鈥檛 need to be given useless, meaningless advice.

My husband also pointed out that he was late back from our second stop on the first day (which got a cheer from the bus because it was true). Instead he told us we could bring breakfast onto the bus – I don鈥檛 understand how that was relevant to what we had said but proved that he didn鈥檛 understand what we were saying.

We wrote to the globerouter asking for the way out however they replied saying they will find us a solution as soon as possible however we have not heard from them until the tour has ended. I wrote to them to complaint and ask for a full refund as I feel like I have been scammed! They basically apologise and ignore my request.

We were severely disappointed, we were being treated and talked to like children, forced to listen to his political views on cannabis, being explained what no smoking means & what reindeer are, was given ridiculous advice like how to sneak in to a cafe toilet without having to pay the fee, not allowed to drink coffee or energy drink on the bus in case it makes a mess and because it makes us need the toilet – as we were told not to use the toilet on the bus because it鈥檚 smelly so we have to wait for toilet stops. We were also forced to watch an American movie with Chinese dubbed and watch Chinese karaoke dvd on repeat and many more – incredibly disappointing and unnerving on a bus tour we鈥檝e booked.

I have traveled with globerouter solo from San Jose to San Jose for Yellowstone Grand Canyon Las Vegas etc from 18th-24th may 2019.
The group comprised of 23 Chinese and 1 English speaking that's me.
The tour guide Charlie a Chinese with English knowledge narrated all along in Chinese and never bothered to explain anything in English.
The tour agency must inform this at the time of booking so that one knows what he's doing

I tried to book Globerouter Yellowstone tour twice on different days. Their website always shows "error, try again" after I key in necessary information. The first time I checked for double seats. After their website "error" I checked again and their price for double person was up. Today I tried book again for single person. After "error", I was back to their website again and their price for single person was up from $778.14 to $946.14 again. That company is totally unreliable without honesty.

Went on 8 day Yellowstone trip. I was in Tour HELL. We were booked on an all Chinese Tour by Globerouter without telling us!!! Only us and the guide spoke English. The tour guide was nasty, rude and disrespectful. We shopped, yes shopped, for our food in Supermarkets. We were not allowed to use the bathroom in the bus. We were given 15 minute stops every 2 – 3 hours to use the bathroom and get breakfast/lunch. This was totally impossible to do if you are a woman (waiting on line for 5 – 10 minutes). The only dinner restaurants (3x) were at Chinese Buffets and not great ones at that. Would normally never eat there. 2 Hotels had no elevator. No help with our bags at all. We were 82 and 72. Called before booked to ask if tour was suitable for us at these ages. We told there was nothing to worry about. Tour almost killed us. DON'T USE THEM!!!

This tour is not worth the money. It is over priced and unprofessional. You can easily do this on your on at a fraction of the cost. The bus ride was useless. The guide was apparently suppose to push a button for a recorded narrative of the different sites, but many times the narrative was after passing the site. The quality of the recording was also bad. All the guide did was pick us up and drop us off at the Eiiffel Tower after the city bus tour, that was not worth the added expense. They also did not mention we would have to find a ride back to where all this mess started. Also, the Sienne River tour was an informative boat tour. I was extremely disappointed with this over priced tour!

If you want to capture a quick moment seeing the stonehenge and want to comeback immediately to London in the afternoon to continue your roaming and shopping, the Stonehenge morning tour by Globe Trips is an excellent choice.

I was very frustrated when I calledd them and get to know that tkt is not generated because of air fare increased even though in Website still same airfare.

I moved in London by bus, from Stanted airport: usually Terravision's bus, stops in Victoria Station. So a better service would be if your local office was near to this place.
Now from Victoria to your London's office, you have to spend more or less 40 minutes on foot, before to pick-up the London Pass.

Not our first time with Globetrips and will definitely not be our last! Everything was perfectly organized and the tour leaders made every trip interesting from beginning until the end. No flaws, no faults, we can only recommend this tour operator further. Keep up the good work, thanks!!!

Excellent way to get to the rocks and back by 2 pm. The drop off point is in South Kennsington, so it is ideal to pop into Harrods or the V&A Museum. Or even a stroll back ti the hotel. Service was impecable, and Darren made the trip very enjoyable and pleasant. A must. Thanks, Globetrips!

My sister's and I first time in paris so of course we had to see the Eiffel Tower! We bought tickets that take us to the very tip of the tower but that day they closed the gate to go up. We were very disappointed because thats what we wanted to do and of course paid to go see! But the tour guide was very nice and explained everything. Overall we had a nice time. We picked a bad windy day i guess 🙁

Your practice to sell tickets for "Moulin Rouge" ,Paris , a bit confusing – you first selling, but after that checking the real sits availability for particular date , but finally everything was OK.
you did what you promised ,Thanks
I'd advised people to use your services ,you respect your customers
thanks again

The fare was same even though the time spent in Paris on 31st was reduced by a couple of hours. It should have been discounted because of lesser tour time on that day compared to other days. Other than that, excellent and I shall prefer them over other tour operators in the future.

I booked a last minute London open top bus tour and for 33 quid was n't expecting much to be honest. We'll I was completely wrong, because the tour was excellent and fantastic value for money. A special mention goes to Gordon the Guide, who showed a tremendous subject knowledge about all things London and Westminster and has got a cheeky sense of humour. Me and my family were kept giggling and laughing at Gordon's jokes throughout the 90 minute tour, whilst at the same time having our understanding of city landmarks and places of interest increased. Interesting anecdotes about the places that Maurice Micklewhite (Michael Caine) and a certain Mr Mick Jagger hung out at added to the historical information about the Roman beginnings of Londinium and famous roads and buildings. I'd thoroughly recommend the evening open top bus tour, wrap up well, settle back and enjoy!!!

I booked a tour with the company on Monday night. Spent $184 on it and enjoyed it. Awesome tour with knowledgable guide. I was so impressed with the guide that I booked another tour for the following day. I tried to input the promotion code given to me after I booked the first tour but it would not go through. Paid full price in order to book ,$238, and decided to visit the main office prior to the tour to get a promotion discount refund. I was told that since I paid with my cc and not cash that my money was gone and it was nothing that could be done. Didn't even get to see the manager. Unfortunately I have quite a few friends that are visiting London in the next few weeks and I will tell them to go hrough another tour agency.

Took tour 203 to Bath, Windsor and Stonehenge. Had plenty of time at the stones, not enough time at Windsor, had a great time to explore Bath. We did not go into the bath house, but chose to walk around town which was beautiful and charming. We really had fun with Pete our tour guide and Amarish the driver. Windsor castle was nice but we didn't get to see any of the town. One hour and a half is only enough time to quickly see the castle. We had a wonderful day and were very glad to have taken he tour.
