Global Tickets

I placed order 340613GT for 2 tickets in September 2019 (Monte Carlo Formula 1 for 23-24 May 2020). Races were cancelled due to Covid-19, tickets were not delivered and I requested refund of my payment (contact to [email protected] – requests 13516, 11684, 6542, 6329, 16227) and I have still not received any status of my refund or any actual response (only automatic acknowledgement that my requests were received). The site seems like a fraud.

I live in Israel. On January 2020 I bought tickets for a rock concert in Germany and had them delivered to me to Israel, the service was exellent. This concert was cancelled due to the COVID-19. Global Tickets kept very intensive email-contact with me, informed me of every update and answered all my questions in the shortest time. It is amazing, as they surely have ten thousands people in my position, whom they must serve in this crisis. As for the money refund, I understand that this would take a while (even few months) and i fully respect this. I trust they are doing their best. I would be happy to work with them in the future.

Still waiting for the Biathlon World Cup tickets refund.
No answer to my emails, website contact forms or FB messenger, it seems there's no will to refund the tickets.
Terrible irresponsibility, lack of communication, no trust-building with the customers.

Contacted Global Tickets on the 16th of April 2020 about the Hungarian Grand Prix regards how and when they will refund the full purchase price of the Formula One tickets as it is very very very unlikely the event will be going ahead with fans in attendance.

Still awaiting a reply and emailed them again today!! May be a case of taking legal action up ahead!

No clarity on refund for canceled event.
Response is that they are clarifying with the organization.
Bearing in mind that the tickets were for the very canceled historic GP of Monaco struggle to find a good reason for the delay.

Great service useful information

Simple and easy to use, a wide choice of tickets and prices in line with the competition. Enjoyable

I was looking for some MotoGP tickets and they had them so I bought them. The website has a clean interface and is easy to navigate. Lovely experience altogether.

They have this policy (totally not fair) when as soon as you put the details on the website and proceed with the basket (without even putting bank details in) and straight away then send you a 鈥溾€漧egally binding鈥?purchase order and won鈥檛 cancel it! Even though by law I should have 14 day cooking off period. They obviously can鈥檛 enforce it and just threaten they will cancel if I TRANSFER 10% to their bank account. I would never ever transfer any money anywhere to pay for anything as it鈥檚 not protected. Their threatening emails are simply copy and paste. I will never use them again. They had ok price for F1 tickets but alarm bells are ringing about their hideous customer care support.
