I want a refund for the $699 that I paid for my daughter. Nothing was done and they will not return any phone calls, texts or emails. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

Been pleased in the past with global but in the last two months I have called numerous times and have left multiple emails. My repayment is up for renewal and I am stuck. Nobody will call back, in fact the 8 numbers I have tried go to a individual that use to work for the company. Very disappointing especially after already being scammed by student zoom.

The service is great, but the reps are not so great. I'm not sure if the person i was speaking to was new, but it was as if i knew more about there own service than they did.

Global doc has been awful to deal with it. I have been expecting a refund for over a month now. Money that I need to live. They will not return any of my phone calls or emails. I have reached out to multiple people, multiple times a day. I was promised by Cristina Lopez that Adam would be in contact with me and that was over 2 weeks ago and I have not heard from anyone. I call and leave messages everyday in hopes someone will answer or call me back. I would never recommend them to anyone and I hope they get shut down. They take innocent peoples money. Scam artist.

So instead of Global doc prep keeping their word with a forgiveness program direction for me they consolidated my loan ( which was already consolidated ) and moved my loan from naiveint to nelnet and now my loan have increased. I actually owe more money now than I owed previously. They have not returned any of my calls after advising me if I had any questions to call. They have taking three payments from my account again two which I have never received conformation for. They are misleading but I do hope they record their calls they said because I did and will be using this in my law suit if something is not done to correct this wrong

My experience with Global Doc Prep was one that I felt was cheap and racist. They were conducting a telephone interview with me, and all of a sudden I could hear someone in the background talking about we鈥檙e not looking for any of these. So in the middle of the interview, this man abruptly hangs up on me, and would not answer my phone calls, or emails. Can you imagine what that鈥檚 like ? Being black in some circles is still not accepted.
