No item delivered, no reply to emails. The link they have to track my order isn't working. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
Now claiming a refund through PayPal.

I ordered a dress from Glitzy Angel and they sent the wrong one. I posted it back immediately asking for a refund and they have never contacted me again. I have tried to contact them three times via email, also via their own 'Contact Us' in their website and by their own invitation to write a review! Nothing. Very odd behaviour for a reputable seller. I'm beginning to think they will never return my money. Avoid the danger of buying from them.

From reading some of the reviews I was a bit concerned, however I received my order the next day and Gemma was very helpful and picked out the perfect dress for me by Chi Chi. Guess people just like to complain!

Just received my chi chi coat today and got 50% off so I'm very happy and would recommend :). Arrived the next day too so win win!

This website has no number you can contact. They say they will be giving you updates about your shipment via email and/or text messages, but they don鈥檛 and you have no way to do it either.
To add to it they never reply to your emails no matter how urgent it maybe. Both my emails from days ago have gone unanswered. My shipment is already delayed, despite the fact they charge money.
I鈥檓 so very disappointed with this customer service. I wouldn鈥檛 recommend it to anyone.
I haven鈥檛 received my shipment yet, but I still give them a very low rating because of the lack of response and poor customer service.
Don鈥檛 make the mistake of shopping on this site!!!

Don't us this company under any circumstances, they just rip you off take your money and don't return your money. They also have no correspondence with you at all.

Took over a week to receive my order. When I did receive it the dresses were in the wrong size and they did not send a returns slip and wouldn鈥檛 reply to my email. Now I am stuck with three dresses I have no use for!

Do not use this company..!!

Bought my fiance a dress last week for her birthday. I contacted glitzy Angel beforehand asking about sizing and the girls couldn't be more helpful. My fiance is delighted with the dress. Thanks a million!

Horrible experience with Glitzy Angel it has been 2 weeks since I made a purchase on their Web site and I haven't received a dress that I have purchased for 拢65. It's not fair and annoying that people we are waiting for something long time and they are playing with us. I have only received 2 emails after that I several times have been trying contact them by email but it was unsuccessful. I'm very disappointed with this customer service!! Awful!
They are not serious people, not responding emails nothing. It seems that I have lost my money by hands Glitzy Angel.

Ordered my dress yesterday and received it this morning, very impressed as usual!

Ordered a dress and paid 拢7.50 for next day delivery, it's been 4 days and I still haven't received it. No one yet seems to be answering my messages or emails and so far it's been 10 hours since I sent them. Not having the best experience. ?

Great little online dress business. Found it only by chance but saved literally hundreds for a set of dresses. They arrived quickly. Will probably use again and suggest to friends to try there.

I have ordered from here a few times now and it has become my go to website if im looking for a special occasion dress. Absolutely love the styles they have to offer! Very good service and fast delivery, which is handy for any last minute nights out 😀

They have had my return over a week and still not refunded me my money

Awful. My parcel took TWO WEEKS to arrive! To then find that only HALF my order was in the parcel! I had to contact them for them to tell me they will refund what was missing rather than actually send it out. On top of that I had to send the 1 item I actually had back .. I posted it.. another TWO WEEKS had passed and still no refund.. I then contacted again for them to basically say they had FORGOTTEN to refund me. Awful company. Bad communication as they just ignored my messages until I got angry! Do not buy from here

Help and advice given was great, clothing range is perfect, just what everyone should have in there wardrobe.
