Very efficient process that worked as quick as it possibly could.

I spent $1100 on 2 boots from here 2 weeks ago and never received it ! I filed a case with dhl who Admitted to the packages being missing and that the driver should have never waived a signature. The only thing they needed was for this site to file a claim! Glamood refused to do so, instead they fought me on paypal claiming the items were 鈥?delivered鈥?which they were not !!!!! Worst costumer service! I know DHL paid a claim to them, yet they refuse to refund me! Do not shop here

I love how frequently the store is updated with products from my favorite brands.
The items are priced very fare, stocked in various sizes and quantities.
New photos that with models sporting the items.
I also like that the items with their original names are put up.
It helps me to look up the brand's website and read more about the item's composition.

The shopping process is smooth and has no trouble.
Orders are shipped quickly and with FedEx which is so much faster, reliable and convenient.

I was hesitant to order from Glamood after reading negative reviews here, on Trustpilot, but decided still to give it a try and my Volon handbag (authentic) arrived on the 3rd after placing the order. I can only say I am very satisfied with the service and very good price for such a unique bag!

At monday I sent msg to their costumer service and they replayed in 30 minutes.
Order diesel sneakers and swim shorts.

First off I would like to say that they鈥檙e shipping speed was great but they did not send me the real maison Margiela shoe box and on top of that only one of the shoes is real and the other is obviously fake. One fits and feels completely different from the other which sucks. I won鈥檛 be buying from here again. Thanks a lot.

was a little hesitated after reading negative comment but i still gave it a try. orderred a ferragamo wallet from this site using paypal. took 1.5 days for packing and 4 days to ship via DHL. had several email exchanges with customer service and they responsed quick (half day or less).

I've been buying from Glamood for many years (when the original name was Spence Clothing) and have always found them to be very good, with excellent discounted authentic products and super fast delivery; a fair customer service, with returns that are easy and streamlined. Have bought many Margiela pieces and still have them. I would highly recommend.

I ordered nice shorts from stussy which I couldn鈥檛 find anywhere else anymore. It reached me already 2 days later (from Italy to Germany)! It is definitely original! 5 points for that nice shopping experience.

Glamood ,informed the order has been shipped on 8 Mar 2020, However, I have still not received the order until 29 Apr 2020. Therefore, I鈥檝e requested to refund the payment to me. Unfortunately, I鈥檝e not yet received any payment refund until today. I would like to have your comment that how I can do as I haven鈥檛 receive the order or payment refund I in past few months? Appreciate if you may give me an advice. Thank you.

Scam!! Opened case after 3 weeks via PayPal, they weren鈥檛 able to provide a tracking number. Lots of angry comments on their Facebook page but they delete them and block you. Complete scam

Great experiences. I ordered twice, and both times the shipping was super fast, the items were brand new, genuine and with all original tags in the original packaging and for a great price (almost 80 % off retail). I check the site out on a regular basis and won鈥檛 hesitate to order from them again. Highly recommended.

I asked a question about shipping and got an immediate response. Received my Margiela Sneakers as expected, they're the real deal.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! SCAMMERS! I bought a Margiela keyring which fell apart after merely picking it up. (Think it is fake as had no box or labels) Emailed customer service with images and they basically told me they can accept it back for store credit only and refused a refund even though the item is inusable. Finally said they would refund me partially to get it repaired and are now ignoring me and asking me to close a paypal claim that hasn't been escalated before they can issue. AVOID!!! (You can issue refunds through paypal when a claim is open just so long as it hasn't been escalated to paypal which it wasn't) They are now ignoring all of my emails where I have also informed them of the paypal terms that indicate partial refunds are still processable when a claim is open. Extremely unprofessional email tone and don't expect to return anything if it's faulty here so beware! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Just got my package and the shoes I bought is 100 authentic.
Problem is shoes were worn not brand new, seems it is returned item or been a sample in store.
I鈥檓 in US, the return shipping is too high, will keep the shoes but not very satisfied with the conditions.

They did offer best price though.

I was very hesitant ordering from this website I haven鈥檛 heard of before. They seemed credible and I decided to give them a try I paid via PayPal and didn鈥檛 receive an email confirmation that the payment was received and a time frame when my shoes will be shipped out being that my email was also provided . I waited a full 5-day鈥檚 for a confirmation and received nothing .

I emailed and wrote a comment via glamood all the responses where short with no explanation not even an apology . They even had the shoes available for purchase even though the website said LAST ONE LEFT . I proceeded to tell them to cancel my order which was done I鈥檝e asked for an estimated return of payment still nothing .

This website is Not your normal Nordstrom , Bloomingdales , ETC please stay FAR FAR AWAY.

I bought two Gucci belts from Glamood. I give three stars because of shipping is fast. But the product has Some damage. It said new, Also no original box or dust bag or cards to prove authentic, they only came with Glamood tag to say they are genuine product. However, but Gucci belt look good quality. I think it might be authentic, also I like design of that belt. So, I did not send them back as lost time and return shipping cost. Just hope they鈥檙e authentic!

I bought an item on sale (app. 75 % sale, Longchamp, great price). Despite the situation, my order arrived in 3 days to Sweden and the item is authentic. So far, they are excellent.
