Ordered 3 blouses and only got 1. Have written them 3 times and they wont respond. This site is AWFUL!! wish I would have read all the NEGATIVE reviews first!!! DO not order from this site!!!!!!!

This company is a scam. I purchased a cardigan and never received it. I went through PayPal and Glamcloth refunded me my money.

No one should ever do business with this company. They are ripoffs. Shoddy clothing that looks nothing like this pictures. I got one that was damaged and in order to return it, it must be sent to China at the cost of $24!! Don't think you will be ok by using PayPal either. I am out almost $50 and PayPal Purchase Protection is not helping me. Don't ever buy from this scam of a company.

The clothes look nothing like the images. They are made of a cheap, uncomfortable fabric, and the colors are not even close to what is represented in the online catalogue. Customer support is non-existent, so exchanging an item or getting a refund is out of the question. It's a scam. Stay away. Spread the wordGlamCloth and AnnieCloth are to be avoided! Do not purchase anything from these companies.

Horrible material, incorrect size chart and ridiculous customer service in terms of trying to return items. I am still in email discussion with them to return $89.00 worth of products (my bad) that were either all too small or just plain shoddy material. Their last offer? "how about we give you $6.00 of compensation and you give items to friends or thrift stores?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? I'm trying to figure out how to report them to the better business bureau because these folks need to be shut down!

I ordered an item on Sept. 18, 2019. My card was charged immediately. Merchandise was not delivered. When I started to question things in October, I obtained a receipt that the order was unfulfilled due to the popularity and would not be sent later. I initiated a process of e-mails back and forth and never received a response about satisfying my refund request. I tried giving them the opportunity to make it right themselves; I finally gave up on that and disputed the claim with my credit card company. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Complete lack of customer service! I can't include a photo as I never received the merchandise.

Like so many others, I ordered 3 items on August 17th, it is now October 31st. I never recieved a tracking number and still out $78 as I haven't received my items.
Companies like this are sorry pos. That prey on people without a second thought. PLEASE BEWAREOF THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR BUSINESS. I should have read reviews first, would have saved myself $$, I can't afford to donate, my bad I didn't. Lesson learned, never order from an unknown business, or pop up ad.

I purchased a dress as a gift. After my first communication I got a response asking about using their size chart and requesting pictures. I responded that I looked at the chart, but since it was guess I wasn't sure, and that I wouldn't provide pictures. They haven't responded yet, and I've sent 3 other emails.

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I ordered. I ordered three blouses and only one came in. Their site said the order had been fulfilled. When I tried to contact them through email several times, I did not get a response. And there is no phone number to call.
I basically paid $84.00 for one blouse. Very disappointed.

I ordered 3 items, after 1 month, only one item arrived and the site indicated my order was fulfilled. The one item I received was basically the image of the item in their online catalog, that had been transferred onto material similar to disposable window cleaning cloth. The item I ordered had ribbons and embroidery. The item I received was very cheap material with cartoonish ribbons and embroidery printed onto the fabric.
They do not answer email.
They maintain another site like this one that only has favorable reviews. If you look there first, you might think they are a great company- like I did.
As everyone hear has stated, this is an absolute scam.

It鈥檚 a shame that you have to rate this company with at least one star to leave a review, because they certainly don鈥檛 deserve one. My bad, should have checked them out. Received one out of four items after six weeks. That was a week ago. The tracking numbers don鈥檛 match USPS. This is an absolute scam. I鈥檒l take my loss and embarrassment if I can save someone else from doing the same.

I have not received any communication from them after I sent email about missing items from my order. I guess I just threw away 93.00.
Please don't order from this place. You will be unhappy with no resolution.

We received our order in a plastic bag. No paperwork of any kind. No information for a return, something which every other clothing supplier we've ever ordered from has supplied.

A scam! Inferior product, incorrect sizing and very rude communication. Don't deal with rhis company!

This company is a total SCAM. Please DO NOT order from them. Their size chart is inaccurate. I measured myself and ordered the size they recommended. All the items I ordered were too small. The fabric is sub-par as well as the construction. There were threads hanging everywhere. The colors of the items were so far off that I thought they had sent the wrong pieces of clothing. There is no contact phone number so everything must be done via email. I was told they have a no return policy unless the item arrives damaged. This policy is not on their website. I am totally willing to pay return shipping but they will not take the items and will not give me a return address. I would never have ordered from them if this policy was listed on their website. Since I paid for these items with PayPal I have tried to go through them to reverse the charges to this company but so far I have been unsuccessful. Please save your money and don't buy from GlamCloth.

Unfortunately I didn't read any reviews about this company before ordering. I ordered three items for a total of about $90.00. I measured myself, used their size guide, and bought the size that was listed. Nothing fit. The fabric is sub-par and the colors are totally different that the pictures shown. I contacted Glamcloth and was told that unless the items were damaged they didn't accept returns. I have tried going through paypal to have the order cancelled but they haven't done anything either. I contacted Glamcloth several more times because nowhere on their website does is say they don't accept returns and who buys/sells clothes from a website with a no return policy? I was told to prove that their size chart was wrong, send pictures of myself and measurements, and they would consider modifying their chart. I will pay to return these items! I just want my money back!

Terrible company and worst costumer service! Sizes wrong and bad quality fabric. Hope you鈥檙e lucky to ba able to return items, they make it soooo difficult!

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Everything the other reviewers said is true, I won't bother to repeat. I finally received three of four items after harassing them repeatedly. Their 2XL is equivalent to a large sort of. Smell horrible, too. Maybe give to Goodwill, but kinda embarrassed to. Really can't afford to lose $95, expensive lesson. Whatever happened to honesty and morals?

I ordered three items that looked beautiful in the ad. I paid over $68 for these items two of which were so small I couldn't get them on my body. Their sizes are totally incorrect for American women. The third item what is the shirt that had A pocket that was sewed on crooked so that it was tilted instead of being vertical. It looked extremely strange but their answer to me was that others liked it. I don't know if others got the same pocket placement but there's no way to deal with people in China because you have to return the junk and pay for the shipping yourself. That would cost a fortune and I wouldn't be assured that I would get a refund. They offered me $10 for a refund which is hysterical. Do not order from this company. You will regret it. The company publishes all the wrong size charts in their advertising and then you get a nasty email that they want you to spend $40-$60 to return the items to China and maybe they'll get them and maybe they won't. Spent hours on the phone with PayPal they won't help either

Please save your money! The frustration of dealing with this company is not worth it. I believe they know that their products are substandard. I am NOT someone who returns things, but the quality was just so bad I didn't even want to donate the items. So I went round and round and round and round (on and on) trying to get a decent return amount. They started with a $10 offer and I finally got them to $45 — which is still no where close to my $120 purchase.

Cheap clothing, no match to pictures. Very disappointed. Should have known better and researched them.

Do not order from this company! I wish I had found the reviews before I ordered. This company is BAD! To return you have to email them but I could not find their email site for returns. There is no phone number to talk to someone. The sizes are not true even if you follow their size chart and they won't pay for shipping if the size is wrong. The fabric is inferior. They make it impossible to return the clothes. After reading the reviews I'm afraid I've lost my money.

I normally read reviews before I order, dumb me didn't. I won't say how much they stole from me, but it was a lesson well learned. It has been 3 weeks and the only correspondence from this pos company was to tell me one item was out of stock and to select something else. I didn't and that was the last I have heard. Will report them to BBB, but if they are in China it is a waste of time. All I can say DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM ANY COMPANY THAT IS A POP UP AD.

Ordered two blouses, one did not fit. They do not include instructions on returns or exchanges. When I contacted them they said I would have to prove that their size chart is wrong if I want to make a return or exchange. This company is a scam and the products they sell are terrible quality.
