Very poor quality hair. This was my second purchase of the ultra seamless hair and after only 1 week in the hair is tangled, knotty and looks awful. This happened the first time and I thought I would give them a second try. Hair on Amazon is better quality and cheaper than this hair. Please don鈥檛 waste your money. I鈥檓 thinking it鈥檚 not even all human hair as well. So very disappointed!!!

I've brought from Glam Seamless over 5 times spending over $1000 on their hair. They are one of the only companies that make a blonde light enough to match my platinum hair but my most recent experience has left such a sour taste in my mouth I will probably switch to a different brand like Bellami or Hair Lingerie for two reasons; their Invis Tape in Iced Blonde is closer in color the Remy in Platinum Ash Blonde and my recent experience with their customer service representative H who basically accused me of stealing even though the tracking number shows it was delivered to their warehouse in Salt Lake City and now I don't have the hair extensions in 20 inch Remy Iced Blonde or the money I paid for it. Also after a little while my hair extensions got so tangled. I baby them and take care of them so gently but I have to use detailing spray once or twice a day because the extensions get so knotted if not in a ponytail. My previous customer services issues were handled great by Taylor but my most recent experience with a different representative was not pleasant. I feel it should have been easy to check that the Remy hair extensions shipped to the Salt Lake City facility and the Invisi Tape hair extensions sent to the Quality Control team in New York should have been easy to verify. Instead H implied in two emails that I was basically trying to get a refund for an item she says I didn't send back but tracking says was delivered. I'm so hurt and upset. I truly loved this company initially.
Note: I did receive a replacement for the Invisi Tapes in Iced Blonde which are darker than the Remy Tapes in Iced Blonde. They are more similar in color to the Remy Tapes in Platinum Ash Blonde. I haven't received a refund for the Remy Tape In 20 inch extensions or had the credit applied to the Remy Tapes 6 inch extensions I exchanged them for.
Edit: After a month, 31 emails and a phone call I was finally refunded for the Remy extensions.

Love Glam Seamless! They鈥檙e the best quality extensions – they last really well (up to a year and they don鈥檛 get scratchy or static). They ship super fast (I ordered from the UK and it arrived within a day). They don鈥檛 do any damage at all. Honestly amazing! Also the customer service is excellent.

I absolutely have not received the quality of care from ANYWHERE that I have from Glam Seamless, especially as an international company. Currently, they are responding to my complaint that my hair was dry – so I have a kit in the mail to try their products. Earlier with a different order, they helped very much with the postal outlet difficulties to a degree that really surprised me. They give good service hands down!!!

Excellent quality!!! Great promo code! My only vice is 1 clip was broke and customer service has yet to resolve my problem. For the price I paid I feel it should have been taken care of immediately, not 6 emails for nothing.

I am very upset I ordered these extentions in bahamian balayage they sent the wrong color and my stylist was booked for the next few months so I had no choice but do the dark color. Then the stylist put them in and she is certified in extentions and they all fell out within a week. Very disappointed the only thing we can think of is the tape was bad or not sticky enough. I have wore extentions for 3 years and have never had this happen before. She is the only person who puts them in my hair .

I have had these extensions for about 2 months. I purchased the 20 inch clip ins, while the color is perfect. After wearing them a few times I noticed they were unmanageable and tangled like crazy. I assumed it may have been a product like hairspray or something I had used, so I gently washed them and allowed them to air dry. I am still seeing the same dry, brittle, tangled issues after a single wear. I baby these extensions and they are a total mess after an hour of being clipped in my hair. I would not purchase from here again.

I bought these without reading these reviews and I regret it. My problem wasn鈥檛 the hair because I didn鈥檛 even receive it! I bought these on klarna plan. My package said it was delivered and immediately when it wasn鈥檛 in my mail or around my area I contacted them. (I paid expedited shipping plus the insurance) Theyre insurance is by route which only tells you to go to the police and file a claim.
Okay, but during this pandemic your policies should鈥檝e been updated and altered not to endanger your customers during this crisis. I told them I won鈥檛 be doing so and instead I just want to cancel my plan. Their response was basically once a claim goes through they can鈥檛 help you and it鈥檚 against our policy for refund and chargebacks.
Once again during a PANDEMIC if we haven鈥檛 received a package you should have a different option then heading in public to the station about HAIR when people are dying out here!
They told me klarna had to handle it but if I cancel the payments it鈥檚 against policy for chargebacks.
So you telling me this company is going to force me to pay for something I didn鈥檛 get!? That鈥檚 frauds Worst customer service! This is not how you do business.
I鈥檓 in the process of talking to klarna and my bank now to help me with this mess. Ridiculous

I bought the invisible tape in wefts. The color on the site did not match what I recieved, thankfully my hairdresser was able to tone them to match. Once she put them in and trimmed to fit, they looked amazing! Only three days later, I carefully washed my hair and started to dry it when they started falling out. The sticky wasn't sticky anymore. I am extremely sad. I had only been at home and treating my hair with fragile care. My hairdresser said she had never had that happen before and was as shocked as I am. So now I have to pay for another appointment to go in and she if she can redo them some how. So I've ended up paying double what I needed too and probably won't be able to use them. They were very pretty while they lasted.

I tried to be polite and DM customer service via Instagram in regards to the over all quality of my hair. They were short and rude with me. The quality of the hair was dull, tangles easily, and all my tapes slid off my head within 3 days- 2weeks of having them. The email they followed up with stated it must鈥檝e been my stylist no way it could鈥檝e been them. she鈥檚 been doing hair for 20 years I鈥檝e gone to her for 4 years and never ever had an issue with other tape ins? I used to get Bella mi hair with her (lasted for 2-3 months at a time before I get a touch up) I switched to glam seamless because they were cheaper.
So no , it鈥檚 not my stylist. Disappointing. No apology no resolution. I wasn鈥檛 even expecting anything honestly. I asked politely if there was a solution and I even said I understood if NOT. Business is business , can鈥檛 make everyone happy. However it was the principle of the way they handled it. it was extremely poor and due to the customer service I鈥檒l never recommend or purchase again.
