GiveForward turned out to be a remarkable choice for our fundraiser. They were easy to use, supportive throughout the process, and even though I had an issue that resulted from (my own) user error, they made it right for me.

I hope I never know a close friend or family member who finds themselves in the position of having to raise funds for a loved one, but if they do, I'll definitely suggest they use GiveForward.

Give Forward was easy to set up, use, and monitor. I would highly recommend it.

The following is my opinion. Do your own research. If you look through their current listings for donations you can not find your own page. Instead digging through you find dozens upon dozens of garbage listings with random letters and characters. The hand full of people who are featured on the site never seem to change. It's almost like they are either fake or incredibly lucky to have been featured. Who knows why they get the lucky break. Others linger and suffer with no donations even though they have cross posted everywhere. The general public never sees your page. Only those that you give your link. You could just ask people for money directly instead of sharing with this crummy site. The misleading part is that giveforward suggests that you donate to yourself to "encourage" others. Well we did that. We NEEDED money for my wifes chemo. The only people who donated were ourselves and a family member. Good job GF… stealing FEES from a chemo patient.

We had several occasions to speak with customer service and each experience was very pleasant. When the benefactor of our fund received the check for nearly ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS than what the fund had raised it was very disheartening. I believe there are funds out there that will not capitalize on yours or your friends grief to this extent. Should I use a service such as this again in the future I WILL DEFINITELY PURSUE OTHER OPTIONS FIRST.

My experience with GiveForward was very positive.

Setup was easy and well explained.
I followed the guidance given and we were able to raise a good amount of funding for the medical expenses my son is experiencing.

I found the giveforward site very easy to navigate. I appreciate the way giveforward offers donors the opportunity to cover handling fees. I also had great customer support when I had a few questions about the finance page. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to raise funds for an ill family member.

When my best friend died giving birth, I started a GiveForward fundraiser to help her husband and two surviving sons. Her husband and I were overwhelmed at the outpouring of support that followed. Posting the fundraiser on Facebook and mentioning it in her obituary helped us to far, far exceed our expectations. I am so grateful to GiveForward for this way to help.

I was able to help raise money for my brother as he went through a tough time dealing with cancer. It was fast, easy and very helpful for me to do this using GiveForward! AWESOME!!!

I have never done a fundraiser before, but needed to set one up to help support a friend going through cancer treatments. I had a calendar going (Lotsa Helping Hands) and the calendar linked me to GiveForward. I did not look into other fundraising vehicles so I had nothing to compare to. I had a couple of issues with the set-up of the page itself, but always received clear answers from the support staff. Once it was set up and the website was shared, it really took off and was very easy to manage.

This was easy to use and worked well. The only thing I didn't like was the memory book only included people who wrote comments and I wanted a list of everyone's names who contributed.

When my husband died from cancer we were broke. The treatments had cost us everything. My son set this up for me and we were able to raise enough money to bury him. It was an awful time in our lives and this was so simple and so fast to send us the funds and with no problems or hang ups. It meant the world to us. You will never know how much it meant.

My family was struck with a sudden tragedy. Wanting to act fast to address the need, I turned to GiveForward. In only 15 minutes or so I had a fundraiser set up accepting donations. In just 3 days we reached our goal. GiveForward is an advanced giving platform made simple. We are so grateful to their support and product that helped us get through a difficult time.

This website helped me raise money for my friend and her family who ended up losing their 2 month baby girl. I liked how the website worked and opperated! I would definetly recommend and use again in the future if I had to!

My experience with GiveForward was excellent. It was automated enough not to require too much self monitoring, yet customizable enough to manage in a way that fit my values. My "Thank You!" responses were traced automatically! My messages to friends were completely customizable, and I could control who saw the page, and who got the information. I did not want to blanket every friend I had. I wanted to target people I knew had jobs and could afford to give a gift. That preference was compatible with my values. The transfer of funds from the donations to the medical patient was seamless. It was also seamless for interested friends to become sponsors and invite their friends personally. That feature is a great bonus. Some folks warned me about the fees, but it must not have been a huge issue b/c people donated in spite of the fees. I could never have managed a fund raiser like this without Give Forward. THANK YOU! My mother who has Lung Cancer (non smoking) thanks you too!

When one is dealing with the stress and trauma which has prompted looking for such a site as GiveForward, it was a great relief to discover how easy it was to set up an account with them. What was equally impressive was how responsive the GiveForward team was in answering the couple of questions I had about the process.

Thanks to GiveForward, my dear friend Bruce was able to pay all, or very nearly so, of his medical bills. It was just amazing!

I was set up and raising money for for our cause within minutes. As the admin it was easy to manage and maintain. There are helpful tips on the most effective way raise money and the cash out process for the recipient was easy. The fees were competetive and almost all of the fees were covered by the donors.

This company allowed someone who enjoys spreading lies about innocent people to sweet talk the company into having that innocent person's fundraiser shut down. I had anple proof to back up my clain but this company showed a lack of compassion and morals. I will never use this company again nor will I refer people to it.

this site makes fundraising easy. The app for the iPhone could be a little better. At times when thanking someone it would not go through or show that you said the thank you. Also it was somewhat difficult to upload pictures.

I was very pleased with the ease of use of the website. I also enjoyed the updates on how collections were going.

GiveForward.com offers a solid, dependable service for those who need to reach out to others. They are in regular communication with you through email. They offer ideas to help increase donations when time is of the essence. When the fundraiser was over, they immediately mailed me a check. I highly recommend this service to others.

I found GiveForward as a great tool in raising donations for the project I was working on. The ability for the donors to cover the processing fees is unique and increases the end total that you raise since you don't have to cover those on your own. I had an issue where I needed to change how a donor appeared on the page, and a quick and easy call to customer service fixed that in a matter of seconds. Although, it would have been great to be able to make those edits myself, along with including offline donations, the site is very easy to navigate, update, and share. I reviewed many sites before choosing GiveForward as my donation platform and am very thankful for the encouraging emails from the staff to help me raise more money.
