Since we were visiting Budapest for 1.5 days, we (family of four) opted for this particular conducted tour per the advice of one of their representatives whom we ran into at the city center. The package included a red tour, a yellow tour, a night tour and a boat ride. After completing the red tour we came back for the night tour and enquired at the counter for the starting location. We were misguided, so waited at the wrong stop and missed it. The next day we thought we would at least take the yellow tour. Unfortunately we had misplaced one of our four tickets but did have the original receipt as proof of payment for all the four tickets on the previous day. Yet they wouldn't allow the fourth person get a replacement. So we had to abandon the whole thing. Overall we had a terrible experience on those two days at significant loss of money. On hindsight we would have been better off even if we tried things out on our own. To all potential visitors to a wonderful city, there are multiple alternatives available – if you spend your money (it is not cheap), make sure that you receive the service that you deserve.

The waiting time of this company it bad. I waited over an hour one time and over 45 minutes two other times.
Not friendly staff is common and behavior is generally to bad
I wish I had paid more money and gone with another company. Who's buses were a lot more frequent and cleaner.
