I got this message a month ago and still no refund. I have checked with my bank and they are not delaying the refund. what is going on?

I am terribly sorry for the delay. After reporting your issue to upper management and having them take a deeper look into your order, we found that your order is unable to be delivered due to this particular item being out of stock.
Because of this unfortunate issue, I have processed a refund for you for the full price you paid. Refunds typically show back up in your account within 3-7 days however this all depends on your bank.
If you do not see your refund within 7 days of today, please reach out to your bank provider and ask why they are delaying this.
