Terrible experience. Almost left us stranded when they changed the boat time without telling us, lost guests' luggage, accept no responsibility for anything! Go with someone else!

They will sell you tickets for ferries that don't exist and leave you stranded with no explanation when you arrange a hotel pickup. Luckily I paid with Paypal so I could dispute the transaction and get my money back. Save yourself a headache and go with another company.
