We received our orders but they took exceptionally long to deliver it to us and were poor with their communication. They promise and under deliver. Instead of them contacting me with feedback, I had to constantly follow up and find out what was happening with my order. I understand that orders may be delayed, that is sometimes unavoidable, but there is no excuse for poor communication. Rather communicate more than not at all. I will not be ordering from Gigameubel again.

I ordered two metal bedside tables on the webshop. On arrival, everything was looking fine but after assembling I notest the poor quality of the materials used. Also, none of the drawers were closing smoothly. Even after some fine-tuning, it wasn't much better than before. I tried contacting the support service but the one thing that could be done is sending them back with an extra cost of 70 euros.
I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone who gives about the quality of the product and customer service.

I order a TV set XL and they did not gave me the opportunity to have it deliver it in my first floor I had to call several times to get this arranged, at the end they delivered the furniture to the first floor by paying almost 60 Euros but one of the doors was broken, Also the quality of the paint is not so good I could find paint bubbles, and some parts of the furniture unpainted.
