The parcel arrived on schedule. I was notified that it was delivered. Everything went smoothly.

Very nice selection of gifts to choose from. Efficient delivery of the gift however the gift card was missing from the package when it arrived so the recipient had no idea who it was from.

The ordering process was smooth and the delivery was even 1 day early.

As it was a gift I do not know if they received what I had ordered but I trust it was.

The service is a bit expensive for what one gets but they all are. At least it is reliable and convenient

DPD say parcel delivery was completed however the parcel has not arrived.

The gifts that I ordered were delivered to a store that was closed down. It is not the first time that I send a gift to my brother and there鈥檚 a difficult with the delivery. My brother contacted customer service and all the told him was that he鈥檒l eventually receive his package.

I have been using GiftsForEurope for years. It is a great way to send gifts to friends and family that stay overseas. They have excellent, timely, and accurate service. They have an excellent customer service department and timely responses. I have never had any problem with GiftsForEurope and highly recommend it.

The gift I ordered and payed for never arrived! It was a nice bottle of champagne. I sent an e mail to the customer service with no result.

Great selection of gifts. Took a while to delivery but it was during the pandemic so understandable. Good value and good Wine!

There was a long delay before delivery but this was presumably due to Covid issues and I was informed. The items, when they arrived, were delicious and worth the wait! I would use this company again.

Ordered a Deluxe Breakfast Basket from Australia, to be sent to my son & his wife in Germany, for when they arrived home from hospital with their new born. They really loved it!

I just don't like the fact that you didn't deliver the parcel as promised.
It was just left in front of the post box in the hall, where everyone has access to.

Luckily my boyfriend saw it before it got lost/picked up by other person.
Another thing, one of the beers got leaked when received.

You don't have to concern yourself with any of the mailing process that is needed, it's taken care for you. I've used this service for several years and will continue to do so in the future.
