I purchased a chain I never received a email for a confirmation number or tracking number…thier BUISNESS number doesn鈥檛 work you can鈥檛 contact them and they don鈥檛 respond to email

I oredered from this company May 30th and i still haven't recieved my item. They dont return Emails and I cant call them. At this point i just want a refund.

Before lockdown, I was not a fan of online shopping… They helped a lot during the lockdown. This store is amazing. I think it's a good place for shopping

I would recommend this site. I made a mistake on an inscription, so I contacted giftsengravedco to recommend a local jeweler for correction. Instead, they offered to replace my necklace at no cost to me. That's customer service that you just don't see these days. Thank you for the wonderful service and care you've given me.

I have received the item and the quality is great. However it took little longer. they said they need time to do customization on the products which is reasonable.

Fraud

I placed an order a month ago. It never came. The tracking number is a farce. Each time I check to see where the item is, it says that it's still in China. I been contacted by the (supposed) seller only to be told "your package is stuck in transit" and "we have no control over customs and the border"

I ordered my necklace over a month now they never sent me no tracking number off my item were abouts

This is a complete scam they never sent me my necklace I really been waiting for over a month n 3 days now and I have not received anything dealing with my necklace being on the way or even being made I would like my money back please

Do not order from this company! Shipping info is false. Customer service is very poor you will not get a response! Engraving was misspelled do not order from this company!!!

Never received my order

I ordered a customized watch for my boyfriend of a picture of his deceased cousin for Christmas in 12/19 and still have yet to receive it. Kept getting a response to my email to rest assure that it was on its way with a tracking link and then the tracking number could not be found. So ipset

placed order with them 11/29/2019 they send me updates but the same ole updates over and over again, I have demanded my money or product never recieved as they state its been processed, freaking scammers DO NOT order from them they are disgusting ppl

SCAM! Gifts Engraved CO

I ordered 2 engraved keychains on Nov 8th 2019. It is now Jan 2,2020 and still have not received anything. No tracking info, no dates on when to recieve my order. I try calling and number is disconnected. All I receive is apology emails with no info on my order. This is a scam! Not a legit company!

This is a house address in New York I placed order on December 2nd and still nothing so I did some research number is disconnected also when you email them is automated so it says the same thing over and over again I ask for a work number and all I got back was thank you for your purchase also no shipping info was ever sent call your bank and put a stop on payment…. I ordered something on November 29th! Everything they have online says no more than 10 days! It鈥檚 December 23 and I haven鈥檛 even gotten an email saying it was shipped! Can鈥檛 call the damn number Bc it goes to voicemail. Needless to say I guess I鈥檓 out $45! Good thing I didn鈥檛 need it for Christmas. This place is a joke! I鈥檝e sent 5 emails and got nothing in return. What a bunch of crap!

SCAM STAY AWAY

I ordered a personalized necklace a month ago and never received it. I know it was strange bc their number didn鈥檛 work but i still ordered bc it was cheap for 40! and i seen some people get their orders which was probably fake. It鈥檚 been a month they鈥檙e sending the same automated emails. Stay AWAY PLS

[email聽protected] This email they take forever to respond back they never shipped two chains they sent one and was like sorry you got hit I sent videos pictures of opening package n it was one chain they act like the don鈥檛 want to send the other or give me my money back I spent 42 dollars I didn鈥檛 hear from them in four days I been txting n txting them

I placed an order on MAY it is now SEPTEMBER and i never received my package, i鈥檝e emailed them over 10 times and i have not gotten a single response

Bought a necklace and never recieved it

So I bought this necklace and it has been sometime now when all of a sudden I decide to send them an email(actually like 6 of them)about my shipment and the email "no longer" works

FRAUD COMPANY!! The product never comes and they steal your money. They send fake tracking numbers and have fake "customer service" lines. Look at their BBB page. F rating because there are multiple complaints filed about the company.

I've been scammed! Not a really company. Buyer beware. I purchased several items 5 weeks ago. I have not received the items I paid for. I have emailed this company at least 20 times only to get an automatic response. I have called the number listed on company website which does not work. I have requested my money back for items that I paid for over a month ago that I have not received. Horrible way to do business if this a real company. Better business bureau needs to close this website down as several reviews reflect the same issue I have experienced.
