After three days of not receiving a dispatch email I made several calls and emails for an update for two weeks with no response.
By then my mothers birthday had passed so I left voicemails to cancel the order. Still no response!
Shane [email protected] only responded when I opened a dispute through Paypal and their excuse was they did not have my full address hence the delay in dispatching?
I replied that they could have easily contacted me if that was the reason and demanded a refund.
After another week of nothing I complained again through Paypal and was finally refunded after three and a half weeks.
The excuse for the refund delay is that the vase was dispatched and returned due to not having my full address. This was a total lie as it was never dispatched in the first place!!
Please do not waste your time and money on this fake website and Paypal should look into barring Shane [email protected]
He/they are happy to take your money but not full-fill the order. Shocking!!!

So my partner and I lost our fathers this year and this will be the 1st Christmas we spend without them. So to mark this and to remember them I saw on the gifts24/7 site Christmas tree baubles with a white feather within it which came with an engraving of your choice.
I purchased one for each of our Dads. The first sign of trouble was the extremely slow delivery nearly 2 weeks to then open the box and find the wrong baubles had been sent!!! I received baubles not with the purchased feather within but instead contained glass Christmas trees??
I contacted the company straight away. I can鈥檛 flower this up in any other way but to say their customer service stinks, they are slow to respond (and that鈥檚 if your lucky enough to get a response) they are unhelpful and bordering on rude in that their replies are short, blunt with no apologies or any other humbleness as to their mistakes!
After several chasing emails and photos replacements arrived without any prior notice from the company. I opened up to find the items were still wrong! Whilst they did have feathers in they looked nothing like their stock photo as the baubles were crammed with feathers and not the one or two I was expecting. They looked awful! Again I start the correspondence with the company to advise of my dissatisfaction to be told I鈥檝e got what I ordered ! I haven鈥檛 , I鈥檓 not happy and this company don鈥檛 care.
My view avoid this company and it鈥檚 sister companies at all cost your going to be disappointed and frustrated.

Not informed a personalised book I had ordered had been sent and ended up going to the click and collection location to find the book had been sent days earlier. Then the book wasn't personalised properly. Spoke with the company and he said he would sort it ASAP but 2 weeks later nothing sent so emailed and no response and phoned again to be told it is being dealt with and again 2 weeks later nothing so emailed again to be sent an email informing me of a refund and nothing about getting the product we wanted!! Don't use this company awful what a let down!
