For Valentine, my fianc茅e in Germany, I ordered from giftsnideas and that was my biggest mistake. Delivery was schedule for Valentine鈥檚 and I kept calling international all day and chatting live to get to someone and understand what time they鈥檒l delivery and then after the day has been finished, they send me an email apologising that they won鈥檛 deliver. They ruined my Valentine鈥檚. don鈥檛 waste your money here and then get your celebrations ruined.

I would give zero rating if I could. Took my money and promised the same day delivery. Then sent email asking to submit photo of my ID and credit card. Refused to refund money. Scammers. I opened a dispute for fraudulent transaction, will keep you posted how it went. I wish I would read reviews before I paid.

Interestingly I did use them in November 2020 and had a great interaction. 4 stars because of high cost, otherwise 5. I'm in the US and had a complicated order of international chocolates, a cake, and balloons delivered to my mother-in-law in a Vietnamese province.
Everything was better then expected, right on time, and translated perfectly.
And now I see all the bad reviews…
Because I was going to use them again and looked it up. I dont know why all the problems others are having. Was actually the best overseas gift service I've used yet.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them!!! I ordered something to be delivered to my God parents for their 50th Anniversary and it was never delivered!!! They were waiting all day!! $150 wasted because their live chats keep timing out and nobody responds when you email them or try to call them. I asked for a refund but obviously no response from their end!!!

False promises over and over that my gift basket would be delivered. By the 29th dec. Shipping label was not created until 29th and the item arrived on 4th Jan. Worse is that the product shipped is nothing close to what I have ordered. Horrible experience.

Payment was debited from my account & customer representatives were asking me to give them all details of my Debit card & photo of my Identity proof.

Order taken for delivery on 1st Jan. Contacted their online chat representative Mary, Cassey on 2nd Jan. They confirmed they will deliver on 2nd. Yet not done. Again on 3rd Jan Bella stated that it will be done. I asked for tracking but they could not provide. Asked for refund they said cannot be done. THE FULL FRAUD COMPANY; DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

had placed my order 15 days in advance to ensure that the birthday -gift basket would arrive on 20th of Nov. I was ensured by Amy, Mary, Krish and Sam. Getting lip service from the Agents. The Gift has yet to arrive, now they estimated it will arrive on Monday 23rd of November 2020. They are refusing to give me a full refund or cancel the order. Its not my mistake that they do not know how to estimated delivery timings and schedules. They have offered at 15% refund. What is money, then hearing or seeing the joy of your love open a present on their birthday. Based on the customer service received for 2 days now, its the worst I have ever dealt with. I will never order anything from this company again. Reading my chat messages, saying sorry we will check. We will update you. If and when it comes, the issue, ITS Late! Ms. VERY UnHappy -Marian

This company ruined my Day.. I'm so disappointed of what happened with my purchase. I ordered a gift and this company delivered a different gift that I didn't even choose.it was for my bf birthday and he received a too girlish pink color teddy bear instead of the brown one I ordered (of course not even worth the money) And some items were missing too..
Do not use this site. They only need money and they don't consider your expectations/emotions/ impressions at all..

I ordered 1 kg chocolate cake with chocolate ganache toping but, they delivered Chocolate cake with cream toping and chocolate decoration which is comparable to much cheaper cake on their website. The cake they delivered looks so ugly and very cheap, unlike picture of my order on website.

This is a very bad terrible company. I ordered the birthday gift to my son and they promised to delivery it on 25/9 but today told me they don鈥檛 have the gift and they want to replaced chocolate to him. But he don鈥檛 like yo eat the chocolate. I contacted the customer and asked the money back . They read the message but never reply mr. Disappointed and thus is a fraud company! Should ban it!!! And need to tell the police !

Hi, I have never done this before but your horrible customer service is driving me to write this post now. If I had a choice I would given them rating in negative!
I had placed an order with your company on 28th July for an order to be delivered on 10th Aug. After I placed my order I never got a confirmation from your end and I had to constantly follow up with your staff (on your online chat which was frustrating as your helpline numbers dont work 24/7 as advertised on your website) to check the order status. On 11th Aug I was told that the order has been delivered, only because I enquired about it. The order actually never got delivered and your staff told me that they are checking with the supplier. This checking with the Supplier went on till 14th Aug when after multiple follow ups my order got delivered, which I am thankful considering the reviews you had online and feel bad for the customers whose money you have taken and not delivered the product.
My ordeal does not end here, the package delivered was such cheap looking and was not worth the money I paid for. Also, the order had missing items which I have been following everyday since and I have had zero help from the staff. Everyday I call them and people keep giving excuses that our manager will call now, will call tomorrow…and that never happens!
It has reached a point where the helpdesk people have started saying they have done their job and its the managers who are not following up. This is so frustrating since I seem to be talking to the same set of people with no resolution to this issue.
2 weeks ago a guy called Ali called me saying he is the manager and promised me that the missing items would be delivered and if not they refund my amount. Forget about the embarrassment I had to face since the such cheap quality stuff got delivered, what is even worse is this torture for having to follow up with these people everyday. This is adding to my mental health being impacted due to the stress.
This company is as bad as their online reviews. Please do not buy anything from them and if you do please be prepared to deal with the constant helpless follow ups! Needless to say, this is the last time i have ever ordered from here. Biggest mistake ever!

How I wish I had read all these reviews before I, too, fell into this trap. I鈥檓 located in Brisbane, and my husband is in Saudi Arabia for a project and unable to come home due to Covid. His big 60th birthday is all on his own, and I wanted to surprise him with a few lovely items from a Meat and Cheeseboard gift set. The photo looked lovely, and even though the price was a bit steep ($191 AUD), I thought maybe things are imported and delivery costs, etc.
Not only did the delivery not arrive on time, and was days late, but also contained none of the items on the picture as advertised. For a cheeseboard that supposed to contain, well, cheese, there was not a single piece of cheese included in the set. Instead he received mystery meat (slice of some kind of luncheon) that I wouldn鈥檛 trust to give to my dog to eat, it just didn鈥檛 resemble anything I ever bought as per what was advertised. Gourmet mustard and highland tea was replaced with cheap supermarket brand mustard and Lipton tea that is worth no more than $2. Instead of gourmet crackers, he received packets of Ritz. Bottom line, everything in this extortionately priced gift basket, allegedly worth $191, could be worth no more than $30. There was no cutting board included either, except a few slots of wood roughly put together, and a cheap supermarket knife to cut the nonexistent cheese.
Furthermore, it was incredibly difficult to get in touch with the company to chase up the order that was late. Like other people, I would not give any stars if I could, and buyer beware. This is inching into scam territory, and I feel robbed, not only of my money but the nice experience I was hoping to give my husband on his birthday. If I could post photos, I would. I wish there was a way to report these scammers and get this company investigated for this unethical deceit and false advertising.
I feel embarrassed that my husband received what he did. It looks like the cheapest possible product, for the most extortionate price I鈥檝e ever seen. It鈥檚 incredibly upsetting, so to anyone thinking of buying from them, hold on to your wallet and look elsewhere.

I am passionate about chocolate. That is why I ordered this chocolate basket for my friend. Unfortunately, I got A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ONE, with leas products and NONE of the products shown on the product photo online. I have asked customer service to look into the details of this delivery without any successful solution. So disappointed! My gift recipient was not amused. No solution given. Money wasted!

Horrendous service. After providing my address and contact details for a birthday delivery, they began spamming my email account asking for me to verify my address – even though this had been supplied in my order. Never have I had to reconfirm a delivery for an order before.
I then cancelled because they could not deliver on time and and then proceeded to tell me my refund would be processed 10-20 business days later. Except no refund received. I began chasing and they emailed to say they had only just processed the refund, three weeks later and that i would need to wait another 20 business days for myrefund to appear in my bank account. Still no refund, no cake and only the poorest service ever. Do not purchase through them.
