On 24 June 2019 Geschenkidee D&A GmbH filed an application for the opening of insolvency proceedings at the insolvency court for Berlin. As a consequence we are currently not allowed to make payments on liabilities established before 24 June 2019. Unfortunately, this also includes the voucher purchased by you. We are very sorry that we cannot give you any other information at this point. However, insolvency law does not allow for any exceptions to this procedure.
After the insolvency proceedings have been opened (probably in September 2019), the insolvency administrator will notify the creditors separately by post and send you the application form to file your claim to the insolvency table. Please note that a filing of claims is legally not possible at this point in time as the insolvency proceedings have not yet been opened.
In order for Geschenkidee to record you as the voucher holder and creditor in the list of creditors, you are welcome to enter your name and address in the following form set up for this purpose.
