Placed an order in August 2019, no response despite many emails and no delivery! Will be undoubtedly unable to every receive this item or the money back

Very bad, scammers site. Took postage but no object received. Emails sent have not been replied to. I wonder how much they have made from this. Need reporting to trading standards.

I HOPE THE POLICE, CAN SORT THESE HORRIBLE HUMANS ???
PRAYING ON GENUINE GOOD PEOPLE. INSTEAD OF CONNING PEOPLE EITHER SEND THE ORDERS OR THEIR MONEY BACK.

Ordered earphones Sept 1st. nothing has come and no replies from emails.

Scammers. Avoid like the plague. Took my money and never gave the product. If I could get hold of them I would to show them a piece if my mind.

Sadly like the other reviewers I had also requested a personalised backpack. Absolutely no way of contacting them other than by email and they have not responded to any of mine. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

That one star is being generous! I鈥檝e sent copious amounts of emails and no one has responded, I ordered two personalised necklaces in Aug 2019 and I鈥檓 still waiting for them to arrive! I would avoid using this website at all costs! Very unhappy customer!!

Avoid this company. I paid 拢6.95 for some headphones for my daughter. This was in September and they have never arrived. The company have stolen my money. No idea what to do.

Waiting for order for months just checked this site the website is a fraud may only be 拢7 but so what! My daughter is so disappointed ordered her a personalized backpack been telling her every week its coming how do we report this site !!

I also ordered a personlised back pack for my daughters birthday. No delivery. E-mailed twice, no reply. No telephone, no contact.
Total scam. I feel like I've been taken for a mug, but thankfully only for 拢7, which is enough anyway, but not 拢70!!!

Same as everyone else it seems. Ordered a personalised bag in September as a Xmas present for my niece. 12 weeks later and several emails to admin and support ignored. Absolutely furious they can take our money with no way of getting it back. This company should not be allowed to operate!!! Wished I鈥檇 checked reviews first, lesson learned.

Same as everyone else. Ordered in September and despite numerous emails have yet to hear from them. I'm afraid I like everyone else have been scammed. I can't believe that this kind of thing goes on. It seems that we have no protection at all. Don't use this site they just want your money con artists

Total scammers and thieves. They will take your money and will not send you your product. No way to contact them apart from emailing them which they never reply. Pass it on and post it so people are aware.

Complete con – the whole set up must be a scan – ordered a gift in September and have never received it, they have also failed to respond to email – AVOID at all cost !!

I placed an order in September, but it has never arrived. I keep sending them emails to inquire about the status of the order or to have a refund, but no response.

Please avoid buying anything from them!

I ordered something in July which never came and no reply to email latest email was sent back by email administrator as gift-boxed was not responding they kept my money though absolutely scammers

Fraud and scam! Lost my money

Placed an order on their website back in September. 鈥淛ust pay postage鈥?ordered x3 pieces and haven鈥檛 received the item at all! Emailed them to enquire about order a week ago, no reply! Please be wary of any of companies you order from 鈥淲owFreeStuff鈥?!

Same as other reviewers. Ordered a bag on offer, free but pay p&p (拢6.95). That was Sept 6th, emailed twice with no response. It鈥檚 been 11 weeks, they鈥檝e no intention of sending out these orders they鈥檙e taking payment for. DO NOT BUY FROM GIFT BOXED THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

I would give it no stars if I could. Ordered something on Sep 9th & it still hasn't arrived.
They have ignored every email that I have sent them regarding the item
Don't waste your money buying from them as you won't receive your item.
