DO NOT ORDER from this "company." They have had my money for 8 weeks & I still don't have the shoes I ordered. Every time I reach out to them they ask me to wait a little longer. I'm beginning to believe I was scammed & am out all my money!!!!!

The boots were poor quality and no where as nice as what the photos showed, the phone number on the address label is a fake. This company is not legitimate.

It did take a few weeks for the shoes to reach me. The material is not the best if you are use to purchasing high-end shoes but they are quite comfortable to wear to the office and look elegant. I am looking for them to also purchase a black pair of the same style shoes. I have them for 3 months wearing them about 3-4 days a week and they are still doing very well. My feet are happy.

Beware that they are now ChicVoss and their practice is the same. They are Fraudulent I lost $100 to them.

The shoes I received were very poor quality; looked like cardboard cut and pasted to sole and size was way too big. Did not even come in a box; just bubble wrapped. No paperwork in the package with instructions on how to return.They make it very difficult to return; you must pay shipping to return and provide a receipt. I also have started getting weird international phone calls now. Definitely avoid.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered anything from Gifthershoes. The "company" is somewhere in China. The shoes looked nothing like the photos and are poorly made. Very cheap material and extremely uncomfortable. They arrive poorly packaged and are of poor quality. PLEASE do not order from this site.

SCAM, SCAM … THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM. PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. ITS NOT WHAT THE PHOTOS LOOK LIKE, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND ANYTHING BACK. THEY HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS THEY NEED TO SCAM YOU AND THEY ARE SO GOOD THAT I CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK FROM MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS WELL, THEY ARE FIGHTING BACK LIKE A PRO. They took my money and I never got my order! now what do I do. Just terrible I keep asking and they say "just wait, it's coming" it's been 3 months, maybe more. They should be reported

The product came from China, which you don't find out until your request a refund. The shipping is so expensive to return to China that it's not worth it. The shoes looked nothing like the picture and they would only give me 4.00 back from a 40.00 purchase, after many emails from "Andy". Wish I had looked at their reviews before I bought the sandals.

I ordered 4 weeks ago. No shoes. I emailed them they sent me a tracking number but the site to track it was not in English. They are a total scam. Don't throw your money away on them.

Do not buy from this company. They sell junk shoes. From China and will not take returns.

Flag on Pinterest as a scam! They are from China so refuse to return bad items because of customs, shipping etc. Company Will not accept returns. Received items that are not as pictured and very low quality.

This is a minus zero star the 3 pairs of shoes I got were no where near what was advertised…the design was alterted, material was generic plastic and workmanship was poor. At the moment their website doesn't even function.

It is sad, and unbelievable to know businesses false advertise thelooks of thei products. I purchased some beautiful sandals at 34.99 it took 4 weeks to get here and automatically i knew they were coming from China. Material is so.generic this is piracy. I ordered sandals on 16/08 and my credit card was charged. I have not received anything yet. Can I get news?

Terribly made shoes and plastic. No quality at all…. none. Beware of the import cost and if you want to return it, the export cost is very expensive. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THEM!!!

How can you rate a zero star? I ordered. I waited. I got scammed. Apparently my bank told me advertising on fb was a less then 50/50 chance of being a good sale from a reputable company. Sad for all the legit ones! I'm done.

Similar situation as others, gave me a return address in China in my caae., Rendering a return unaffordable.

Lesson, deny crdit payment on an online order that hasn't arrived if it takes more than 10 days to arrive, there is a good chance this situation is in play

I have been shopping online for years, and have had mostly positive results. Occasionally I have had to return or exchange an item and that has always worked out. For some reason, I didn't read any reviews before I ordered a pair of ankle boots for 46 euros from Gifthershoes and received a pair of very badly made shoes that were way too large. I got the same emails from the company that many other customers got. They won't give you the return address, but keep offering a discount instead. I finally gave up after they offered me a 20% refund. If you go to the website now, there is an error message, so they must be in hiding or open under a new name. It is partly my fault for not googling for reviews first, but nevertheless, this webshop is a rip-off.

Do a search online and learn that this is an ESTABLISHED SCAM.
Even "hides" itself on your credit card statement under company "dandelionon." Ok, one pair of the shoes is barely passable, cheap garbage. HOWEVER THE OTHER TWO CRAP PAIR I CAN'T EVEN WEAR BECAUSE THE CHEAP SHOES HAVE AN ANKLE STRAP THAT DOESN'T COME CLOSE TO FITTING AROUND MY ANKLE!!!!!!!!!!!! TOTAL GARBAGE! Their shipping time is HORRIBLY LONG. SEVERAL WEEKS…took so long that I couldn't even wear the shoes if I wanted to, as they arrived LONG after the occasion. On the other hand, they give you only TWO WEEKS to actually get a return back to them. And you have to email them to get a return address!!????!!! Lost nearly a hundred bucks with this crap company. S T A Y A W A Y from this company!

My repeated attempts to get this company to refund my purchase price for the shoes,minus shipping, have failed. With each iteration, the response I get is for a small refund (10, 15, then 20%) with their reasoning being that it will cost me so much to send the shoes BACK TO CHINA for them to consider a real refund. Again, THE SHOES ARE UNWEARABLE!! (Even submitted photos, at their request.) SO NOW I'M GOING THROUGH WITH MY THREAT TO POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE I CAN. I will also at least attempt to get my money back through my credit card company.

I wished I could have read the reviews before I made the order yesterday. Will be calling them tomorrow and see if I can cancel my order.

I never received the product, the address label was incomplete, so the shoes were returned to gifthershoes. In the meantime, I found this website with reviews and, Wow!, I'm so glad I did.
I reached out to Mastercard and they reversed the charge, thank you Mastercard and USAA.
I've emailed the company and told them to keep the shoes… just recieved an email from them saying they received my shoes and wanted to verify my address so they could resend. "Ummm, no thanks!" They are relentless and will stop at nothing to steal your money. I think I wrote them 4 separate emails telling them to keep the shoes…even they don't want to keep their crappy shoes.

I bought 4 pair of shoes that the sole was glued. One slip on sandal was too big and the rest were too tight. They stink like formaldehyde, not leather like the photo's.. some kind of rubbery plastic from China.. and they were like $40 each pair. I could have went to Nordstroms Rack or TJ Maxx to get some really nice shoes. Bad customer service! I want a refund but hey offered me a 15 discount to buy more crappy shoes. LOL, what a waste of my money.

They advertised on Facebook and I actually looked up the shoes on Amazon. They appeared to be Naot brand shoes so I assumed it was legit. I googled them and they appeared to be from the east coast. So I took a chance. The shoes were fake knock offs. Ugly, just terrible fake looking knock offs. Nothing like the picture. The company website is no longer available. I'm so mad at myself. This is the second time Facebook advertises garbage like this. I'm never trusting them again.
