I ordered the Gillette blades too for hubby as a gift. I thought i was buying directly from go groopie but after 10 days i realized and ordered gifthampersbypost and paid the fee 4.95 by Paypal It is 18/04 and till today's date i haven't received anything in the post. I have called them four times without a luck, and left two messages. I contacted gogroopie and they tried to help me. I logged a complain for gifthampers and clamied the amount back from paypal through buyer protection. gogroopie have cancelled my voucher and the amount will be back in my amount in next 7-14 days. So lets see if this is true or not.
Stay clear of this gifthamper company. Rubbish, they seriously lack customer services skills!!!

Ordered Gillette blades on 26 Jan and company took 拢4.94 postage from my credit card on 2 Feb. I have sent them messages on their website asking about my order but no reply. Tried ringing but it is an 0844 no. and they keep you hanging on.
Got an e mail from Gogroopie today, as that was the company who I bought the voucher from, and they say Gift Hampers cannot supply goods.
Luckily I can claim postage back from credit card.
Moral is always pay by credit card and don't deal with Gift Hampers aka Something Great.

Like other reviewers, I ordered the Gillette razor blades through go groupie, which in turn were sourced through gift hampers by post.
I have tried emailing and phoning both too many times to mention, absolutely no response from gift hampers by post(do they exist?) and no help at all from go groupie.
Both happy to take the money and not supply the goods.
Likewise I will be contacting trading standards

Like previous reviewers I bought a voucher through GoGroupie (are they part of Groupon?). I redeemed the voucher and paid the P & P. There was an acknowledgement by GiftHampersByPost.Then, nothing…. I have been in touch with both Go Groupie and Gifhampers by post. Go groupie reply once a week with exactly the same response asking me if I want further assistance, despite not providing me any. I have heard nothing back from GiftHampersByPost, ever. I made the initial purchase of the voucher eight weeks ago so I do not think I will ever get the razor blades. Do not deal with this company if you want to see your money or items.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would! I placed an order from GoGroopie on 28th January for 4 x 8-pack Gillette Fusion Blades. At the time I didn't realise I wasn't buying direct from them but from a third party – GiftHampersByPost (part of Something Great Limited, based in Dunfermline across the bridge from where I live in Edinburgh!). After a bit of trouble I managed to redeem the voucher on the 2FEB15 and paid my delivery fee of 拢4.94 direct to GiftHampersByPost. However, as of today (18FEB15) I have not received the goods. Both payments have been taken on my credit card. After nearly 3 weeks I would have expected to have received the goods by now, I do not think this is unreasonable. I have contacted GiftHampersByPost on two occasions and GoGroopie once and have not had any reply from either as to what is going on and when I will receive my order. However, seeing all the negative reviews on here for GoGroopie and other people never receiving anything I am not hopeful that I will get anything. It looks like I will be contacting my credit card company to get a Chargeback underway. I hate being conned like this and I hate to see companies such as these getting away wirh conning their customers time and time again, therefore I think I will also get in touch with Trading Standards about both of these disreputable companies. If you read this post after experiencing similar treatment then I suggest you do the same. If you see this before ordering then do not take the risk, it isn't worth it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM – STAY CLEAR, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Update: It is now 9th March and still not received anything. This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to order from.

Luckily after a lot of pursuing I got the money back from GoGroopie, but their customer service is pretty bad, and I got the postage back through my credit card company. GiftHampersByPost never responded to anything and never delivered the blades. I see that they still have a website and continue to pretend to sell items and take your money, scamming customers. I also note that my order is till listed as "PENDING". What a joke. A disgraceful company. Avoid at all costs.
