I purchased an item on line on the 9/01/21,i paid via PayPal. I still haven't received my item. I emailed you to ask where my item was and I still haven't had a response and still no item and it is now the 26/01/21.i very much doubt i will use the gift company again.

this a good company we ofton go to there shop at Dalton Park co Durham could spend hours in there and we have bought a lot good items from here but we have found there on line shop so if we can not somethings from there outlet shop we can get it on line

Excellent service, goods well packed and would certainly order again especially when cannot get to the stores due to the virus.

Everything was very very good, ordered on one day, was expecting to wait up to 10 days for delivery, then got a call the same day as ordering to say it would be delivered the next day.

Delivery arrived and the guys were very friendly and used social distancing very effectively.

Was very easy to put together and is the Best Buy we have ever made for our garden.

If there is anything negative, it would only be that one of the black safety edge coverings for the table corners were snapped when we went to assemble the table, which was the last thing we opened.

The order arrived on time and the contents were exactly as stated and in good condition. I was very pleased.

From ordering to delivery could not find fault with The Gift Company. A potential problem with delivery was quickly resolved which meant i received delivery one day earlier and drivers fit in with my preferred time. Excellent.
