I have been a customer of Gideon Robinson over the last 6 months or more and the experience has been absolutely fantastic. My main contact has been Lyndsay. Lyndsay is totally outstanding as a designer and adviser and her attention to Customer Service is commendable. She has gone above and beyond to ensure we are happy with Gideon's product and service.

The product itself is of the highest quality, as is the workmanship and attention to detail. The overall experience has been a joy!!!

I have just had my beautiful new kitchen designed, supplied and fitted by Gideon Robinson. The process was painless due to the service and workmanship provided. Every detail was considered by Alan Dunlop and his knowledge and advice enabled me to have the confidence to choose the right kitchen for me. A great service from start to finish.

Gideon project managed our kitchen from design through to completion. We chose Gideon as we wanted a kitchen that's modern and has a new home look. Gideon had a number of unique selling points, he wanted to design the kitchen with our input and suggestions and not just fill the room with box units as others had. He was fully committed to the project and was always contactable and involved until completion. With such a large project not everything went to plan but Gideon went above and beyond to complete everything to our satisfaction, starting and completing the project on time. We love our new kitchen and all of the gizmos and gadgets. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a unique kitchen which would not look out of place in a brand new build.

I have been meaning to write this for a few months. Gideon Robinson installed our kitchen In our newly renovated house it was great experience. We had visited a number of companies large and independent with no success but the minute we spoke to Gideon and his staff we knew we were in the right place.
Not really knowing what we wanted we have come away with something spectacular, Alan our main designer was fantastic explored and gave us every option with the final design signed off by Gideon.
The after care has been excellent not that we have needed much but when we have they have been quick to respond and fix the smallest problems. Jennifer and I would highly recommend them.

We started with GR 7 years ago when we striped out our kitchen and fitted new. We chose GR because we liked the range and style of kitchens that they offered. We have had few problems with the installation and any problems or additions that we required, – GR has responded and carried out the works to our satisfaction.
We will employ GR again as and when changes or new works are considered necessary.

Alan was great to deal with and I ended up with a lovely kitchen that i'm very happy with!!

Assistance during the planning stage was excellent as was the standard of workmanship and finish of the installation team, Angus and Angus. The only disappointment was the extractor fan which we wanted to be vented and the fact it would not be possible owing to lack of space for the recommended size of venting kit was not picked up at the planning stage so the vent is not operating as effectively as it should. The standard of the units and worktops is excellent and the greater choice of sizes available makes Gideon Robinson an excellent choice for awkward shaped kitchens.

I absolutely love my new kitchen. I can鈥檛 recommend Alan Dunlop enough. He has a vast range of knowledge and experience and with this, he has transformed my dull and boring kitchen into a room I actually enjoy being in. The kitchen units are of an extremely high standard and the fitting was arranged around a time that suited me. The kitchen fitters were very friendly and professional and left the kitchen spotless on the day they finished up.

after trying a few other design places we were never quite happy with the finished design so didn't proceed. We were recommended Gideon Robinson, and Dave in the Great Western Road branch took us through multiple options. We had some ideas for things we liked and he listened and incorporated them into the design. We've ended up with a very spacious kitchen with more working area and storage than we thought possible. Disruption was kept to a minimum as the fit out team were very professional, friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend.

Excellent service, as always

From our first wander around Gideon Robinson we felt that the service was personal and the kitchens were what we were looking for. Lyndsay came out to the house to measure up and from then on was absolutely excellent at guiding us through to the end and our lovely kitchen. We loved her design from the outset but she was very patient at making adjustments to suit us exactly. It felt very much like we had a professional design service but the freedom to make sure it was just the way we wanted. Although we used our own installers, Lyndsay was supportive throughout the process and very helpful when there was a couple of issues. One of these was a chip in the worktop which was immediately agreed would be replaced. There was a couple of other snagging issues which we have now had sorted, we were kept up to date with progress on these and now the kitchen is finished and we love it! The fitter who came to sort out the snagging issues was professional, friendly and left the place tidy.

We are very happy with both the design and installation of the kitchen in our new tenement flat. We entrusted Gideon, Lyndsay and the team with the keys to the flat while we were travelling abroad and they project managed the whole installation including electrical, carpentry, plumbing and decoration. We were delighted to come home to a transformed kitchen. It was a hassle free experince !

Good experience right from the beginning and through to the end. Listened to us and worked on the design at every stage, kept to the prearranged dates and finished ahead of time. Excellent work force -willing and thoughtful.No mess left behind. Quick response to queries, all small problems resolved efficiently. Finishing touches put in place at the end. It all felt organised and under control.

We have had a kitchen from Gideon Robinson for 4 years and we鈥檙e very happy with it. Recently encountered a wee problem regarding a failed door catch and a shelve. Despite the small nature of these problems, they were attended to quickly and very efficiently at no charge. Full marks for excellent service. Would definitely recommend Gideon Robinson.

We chose this company based on a recommendation and are so glad we did. In terms of choice of product we certainly were spoiled for choice. We chose a very different worktop ( dekton) which we feel has made our kitchen look like very bespoke. This worktop is amazing not just aesthetically but in keeping clean.

The design of our kitchen has made it look as if it's much bigger than it actually is and has an airy and spacious feel.

The fitters again came on recommendation and I can't say enough about their standard of work, their attention to detail and how meticulous they were.
Would definitely recommend to anyone I know thinking about investing in a new kitchen.
