I ordered two paintings from GICANGEL. I have emailed their customer support five times unsatisfactorily because:
1) I never received confirmation email, although I see PayPal paid them
2) Site doesn't recognize my email, so I can't log in to check on order (they replied "don't worry, be patient").
3) Finally–after FOUR emails, I received a tracking number which doesn't work, for a tracking site link that won't open.
4). Although the company address listed is in England, all communication is from China, in poor English.
…I have NO idea if a package will arrive eventually.
