Ordered a TV from the website (with free delivery 1 – 2 days). The money went from the account. Two days later I received an email asking for a proof of address via FAX… Apart from being 2 days late I had no problem with this as I'd had similar requests from other smaller companies. From then I heard nothing. After 3 days I began to ring, email, fax and post to the company. Didn't hear anything until 2 weeks later when they answered my call and agreed to refund my money as they never had and had no intention of getting the TV in stock. The money was eventually refunded to me.. Worst customer service ever.

I ordered a HD tv from their website, the product was listed as IN STOCK. I ordered and was given a tracking number, after 3 days of trying to track my item with no luck (courier said there was no such consignment) I emailed them, it took them 24 hours to reply telling me that my item was not actually in stock (when were they going to decide to tell me that?) they offered a refund or alternative, I opted for refund, 24 hours later still no reply, I tried to call them and their phone line was engaged ALL day, I tried again next day from 9am (their opening time) no answer until almost 11am. Finally got refund.

Dont bother with these guys, there are much better places to order from.
