I really like this site but you have to know what you're ordering as some things do run a little small and fit too tight. I'd suggest going a size up with many of the bandage dresses. Thought I'd put my input as I'm confused to the bad reviews I shop here a lot

Much like everyone else on here, I've ordered an item that just hasn't been delivered? Royal Mail said they delivered it on the 8th of December (lie, we have CCTV) and its now the 12th of December and its radio silence from this company.

拢40 down the drain, save your money. Let's hope the owner of this company gets arrested for fraud one day. Lowest of the low.

I would like to say that I am very disappointed and upset I made a order on the 18th November 2020. Seen as ghostvogue advertised on Instagram. I really loved a dress that a celebrity was wearing so I said I would buy it paying 38拢. I emailed ghostvogue to ask where my order was as a week pasted. I did in fact receive a email back from Katie perkin to say that they apologised for the delay and that it was being shipped the 24th November. Today is the 11th December and still no sign of my parcel. Katie perkin did in fact give me a tracking number. But when I went to track it it was coming up as delivered in the UK. But I'm from Ireland. I emailed again to say the tracking number was wrong but still no reply after several emails was sent. I believe that there could be a delay in my order. But I have been waiting a long time now. However I didn't get any communication with ghost vogue. I am however very upset about this matter as I trusted this company. But didn't receive my order.

No item ever received and unresponsive to all emails. A scam/fraud is an understatement. Order unless you want to be robbed.

Good service. Amazing quality. I don't usually write reviews but I have been let down by a few companies during this pandemic which is understandable but the service of Ghostvogue has been outstanding. I'm truly glad and will be shopping here again

I've shopped with them plenty of times and while the service was ok and satisfactory, since having a new store owner they have immensely improved. From their store response to their quality of clothing. Much better

I ordered from here in December and while the quality of the item was great and long lasting, the delivery was appalling. It took almost 10 days to arrive to me. I recently ordered again as they had an item I really wanted, with the pandemic I expected delays but the item came in 3 days. Much better experience so I'll be happy to shop again.

I spent 拢30 on a jacket that I saw billie faiers wearing on her instagram. They took my money straight away and I never received anything just before Christmas aswell! I don't know what to do to get my money back as they don't reply to emails or insta messages or comments!! Please AVOID! I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else!!

I ordered a tartan blazer from ghost vogue after seeing the mixed reviews I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and see for myself, not really surprised but my blazer never came, such a shame as it seems a lot of people would order from this company hard to understand why they can't be legitimate rather than scammers! No reply to emails, Instagram has comments turned off (surprise surprise) thanks for nothing, what goes around comes around :))) people work hard for their money!! Disgusting.

I saw the owner mention that many people were writing fake negative reviews online which is super sad. So i shopped here myself and I can honestly say it was one of the best shopping experiences. Not only was the shipping fast but the quality of the items were unmatched and for the price they sell their items, you can't go wrong. Thanks GV.

I read all the reviews thinking that it wouldn't happen to me an it did. My order has never showed, I messaged them via email and instagram, they have since blocked me on instagram!
I'm 拢40 down and furious. They just ignore your emails and any attempt to find out where your order is.

I purchased an item on ghost vogue it took 3 weeks to be delivered. On arrival the item didn't fit so I followed their return process. However as soon as the item was sent they stopped any contact with me. It seems that my case isn't the first and probably won't be the last. with this kind of awful service so I would encourage anyone not to use this company.

I ordered a top on the 24th August and I still havnt received this top. I've emailed about 3 times now and still havnt got a reply avoid like the plague. Absolutely disgusting not to get back to there customers but there happy to take your money

On 9th July 2019, I purchased three dresses from GHOSTVOGUE.

I selected 3-5 working day delivery at the checkout meaning I should have received my order by 16th July.

The items in my order were for my birthday party on 20th July; however, as my order did not arrive in time, as promised, I had no further use of these dresses so intended on returning them as soon as they arrived.

I then received one dress on 23rd July. This came with no receipt or returns label so I emailed GHOSTVOGUE requesting a returns label and an update as to where my two other dresses were as payment had been taken but the items not delivered.

I received no response to my query of 23rd July. I then looked further into the review of this company on this website. I was shocked and surprised at the reviews left on this website and the experiences of numerous customers similar to mine. This led me to email GHOSTVOGUE further. I also emailed them through their website both with no response.

As I was getting no response, I paid for signed for postage to return the one dress I had received. This cost me 拢5, and I sent my item back through this so that GHOSTVOGUE could not dispute that they had not received it. I also informed GHOSTVOGUE that I had sent the item back and to request a refund for this item.

I tracked the delivery of my item that I returned and I saw on the Royal Mail website that it had been delivered and signed for. I emailed GHOSTVOGUE again, threatening to seek legal advice for the non-delivery of my items and non-refund for the item I returned.

I received a response stating that a refund will be processed for the dress which I returned and the delivery costs. However, I was told that I cannot have a refund for missing items until they have been sent back to her. I continued to email her and still no response or refund.

IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU PLEASE READ NEXT PART – if you have paid with a debit card (like I did) you can contact your bank through the cash back scheme for companies like this. I contacted my bank and they refunded my full 拢169 and are disputing this with the company. 2 months and still no dresses.

I ordered from this website 2 months ago, and my order never arrived. They ignored my emails, and I haven't gotten my money back. Needless to say, I am furious!! NEVER order from Ghostvogue!

I never leave reviews for brands as it is expected that the service provided is good. But I wanted to leave this review as I was blown away with the service. I was very anxious when ordering as saw that delivery's can be delayed and I needed the outfit for a special event. Lana was so helpful and made sure i received my dress on time. She kept me updated through the whole process, with direct forwArded emails with their courier. Her responses were so quick and so helpful. So thank you.

I ordered an item from GhostVogue and it still hasn't arrived. They are not responding to any of my emails or my comments on their Instagram posts. Really disappointed they they are getting away with this kind of treatment.

I bought a dress in March and it has still not arrived. I have emailed several times and received one response telling me there was a processing problem but have not heard anything recently. There are far more superior online platforms to buy clothes so don't waste your time!! I am suspicious of how genuine the recent good reviews are as there seems to be a theme of items not arriving. I wish I had checked reviews before purchasing!

I tend not to leave reviews online, as I don't really shop online. I saw ghostvogue being worn by a few bloggers a year ago and never paid any mind to it other than that the clothes were lovely. However I started to see a lot of celebrities out in their outfits and becoming huge on Instagram so I had a little browse and fell in love with a few outfits. I placed and order and selected express shipping so my item did arrive exceptionally fast but I noticed some people have problems with the standard shipping so I'm glad I selected express. The quality of the clothes is OUTSTANDING. I read a few reviews to say this and I couldn't agree more, the item was amazing in the picture but even better in real life. I also contacted them to ask what sort of shoes and jackets I could wear with the outfit as was a little stuck and they sent images over with suggedtions and were really kind. I was shocked I must admit. I've just placed another order im officially addicted to the cheap prices and good quality

Never ever waste your money buying from this company. Never got my order and just ignored!!! Wish there was a way to close the joke of a company down but they just get away with it!!!! Dont buy from them please!!!!! Spread the word!

I previously left a bad review about this brand as had a stressful and not so good experience with tracking and recieiving my item which I did eventually get but took a long time to resolve. however, since they refurbished and moved to a new platform their service has been outstanding and this is exactly what to expect from a brand. as I did like their clothes the first time I was willing to risk it one last time as y money is protected anyway and wow ghostvogue you have improved. for now, 4 stars, but if its a consistent shopping experience like this one then itll be straight to 5

I shopped with this brand maybe a year ago and had an OK experience, it was hard to get tracking info and an update on my order but once arrived was completely happy with it. But I placed an order again a few weeks ago, hoping the experience would be a little easier than last time and it sure was. As they've grown, so has their service and professionalism, I live in the States and ordering from the U.K. can be stressful for shipping but I'm really happy with how Ghostvogue have got better and better.

One thing I can say is that you can't fault GhostVogue's clothing, they are by far one of the best online brands for their quality clothing and price… I've had dresses for 2/3 years from there and they've been washed and worn a million amount of times. But the shipping can be accurate unless you choose express delivery which is 拢8!!! 拢8 and it takes 2-5 days to arrive which is accurate but too overpriced unless you're overseas. So the standard shipping is 拢2 which is great and aims to deliver in 5-7 days but I sometimes have to wait 8… my advice is, if your wearing their clothing for a special event then order in advance so you have enough time. Good customer service all in all sometimes slow with responses.

I Had to write this review because I'd read the negative reviews before placing an order and can understand how skeptical it makes you. I went ahead and placed an order and took the risk anyway because the outfit was everything I wanted. 5 days later and it arrived and I am amazed. The quality of the dress for the price I paid is insane and I'd pay double. If you're feeling hesitant to order from here, I'd say go for it. They were really quick with emails and responsive and I reached out to the owner before placing my order via Instagram and she was so professional and helped a lot. So 5 stars from me

Absolutely pleased with the clothing from ghostvogue. I could not be happier. Never felt more confident wearing these amazing pieces and they are so comfortable too. Honestly so so pleased with the clothing. Highly recommended this clothing line to all ladies.
