I would go nuts if I still had to use Windows Explorer for file operations. This tool is absolutely crucial. It takes some time to learn all the hotkeys, but it's really worth it in the long run. It's stable, configurable, and never crashes, and has a bazillion little nice features under the hood. Highly recommended for experienced users – administrators, graphics artists, musicians who have to deal with lots of audio files etc. etc. In my opinion, any professional should get familiar with this.
