For reference, the question I asked was if I could lower the Gbs on an annual plan before the next billing cycle. Also, the support did not seem to be for server support only as it was available by an icon on the order site as you'd see on many online stores.

Server went down for a week with little response and no time frame as to why. Decided to switch host companies. The day I wanted to cancel business with GGservers was the same day I was charged for the following months service. But was still denied a refund and was only offered a credit to use else where on the site.

"I am trying to make a server that is a lot like hermit craft. I want to have the data packs they use like one player sleep, player heads, and armor stands. I also want to have 10- 15 players on at one time. Which plan should I get?" And the person couldn't give me an answer. I asked them how many gigs I should need to run a server with 10-15 people that runs some mods and once again they couldn't answer my question. I told the person that this was sad and I had just asked three other sites this same question and they all came back with a 1.5 or 2 GB recommendation.
Now the reason I asked this was mostly to test the customer service. I already know that 2 GB is what I need, but I want to see how fast the customer service is and if they try to screw me over. GGServers couldn't even answer my question at all! Then the person on the other end texts back.
"These things are easy identifiable by googling around for them. If I were to want to run a modpack, I would do the research myself to see what I'd need and then maybe ask the provider if they can provide what I am looking for. We don't have to know every modpack's requirements for you, or required to google things for you. Sorry if this comes across as harsh, but we've got a lot of clients coming in with concerns and there's only so much amount of reasonable time we can spend on answering questions."
What the heck!? This is what customer support is for! It is for me to come on and give you requirements that I want for my server, and they are suppose to be able to give me a recommendation. How is anyone suppose to want to let them host a server if they can't even recommend a plan for me or know how many gigs it will take to run a server!? Besides, I had just been to three other hosting sites that were able to answer this with no problems at all! (Those sites were MCProHosting, Apex Hosting, and CubedHost by the way) So, what's GGServers excuse? They are just lazy from the sounds of it to me.
Don't go through GGHosting if you want good customer support. They are obviously too busy to even give a recommendation, let alone something actually important.

Since this is definitely not the first time this happens to them, I recommend checking if an incoming payment is actually due before taking the money and running with it.
Besides that the quality of the servers are very mediocre, they lure you in with decent RAM but the service always bottlenecks at the CPU.
Overall I am very dissatisfied with GGServers' customer servers and I think the servers are below average.

Since I paid the service, there has been LOTS of offline days in which I can't do anything to return back online.
They deleted my negative feedback on Facebook, so they KNOW I've issues They simply don't care about customers. The slowness and unresponsivity of your support service is really unconceivable!!!
– I lost the server content with no chance of recover it at all, it seems. DAYS OF JOB SIMPLY TROWN IN THE TOILET.
– I was asleep when they sent me the server moving warning email: They asked me to "do a server backup or everything will be lost".
Passed only few hours, I noticed the mail… tried to make a backup and… SURPRISE! The server is not reachable in ANY WAY. GGSERVERS CEO, you are administering a company or a JOKE? Please, go home and shut down this site if you are NOT capable of mantaining it! And I KNOW what I say, because I AM a SERVER ADMIN, thank goodness i host online services not on your servers.
– All my (PAID) services are offline and they are doing NOTHING, or at least you DONT KEEP ME UPDATED OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO FIX MY PROBLEM

Most pathetic of all is they seem to be sending out plenty of obvious bot reviews that sound like the most pathetic buzzword laden garbage I've ever read.
