– Geschirrsp眉ler, undicht, trotz unsere verl盲ngerte Garantie ; laut GGM Gastro ist das ein Verschleissteil und ist damit nicht in den Garantie….. nach 4 Monaten Einsatz ????? Aus Kulanz schicken die ein neue Schlauch und soll ich das selbst reparieren, aber laut ihren eigenen Vorschrift darf mann das nicht, weil dan ist die Garantie nicht mehr G眉ltig. Wir hatten ein Miele, 25 Jahre im einsatz und die funktionierte noch immer.
Also lieber Ka眉fer, lasst die Finger von diese Firma, nur Schrott und Billigwaren. Zahl etwas mehr und ka眉ft Marke Ger盲te, weil, wenn im Einsatz die Ger盲te nicht funktionieren, kann mann die K眉che schliessen, und das kostet richtig Geld.

It was supposed to be shipped after a week or exactly on next Tuesday.
I ordered materials which still needs to be installed in my restaurant In order to get the government permission to start working.
I received one unit of my order without brackets, catalog, installation manuals, and no regulator to operate a three phase motor.
This unit has been received after 70 plus calls and dozens of un replies emails.
After all this I reported that some damages are there the wrote me back to keep the package as it is and there forwarder will pick it up and after evaluation will receive the money back in 14 days.
Would you still believe that!!!
After that,
Nothing has been received till 14.08.20.
Finally the rest has arrived but in a horrible shape.
The cutter which cost 300 鈧?is fully damaged.
The other products as well.
I sent an email to inform ggm. Unfortunately the only reply after a week is that a person with a strange attitude send again that if I want to return things back that I have to pay for it.
Who is responsible for this company,

And know because of the delay I can鈥檛 open my restaurant and if so I can work with the mashies ordered since it is damaged.
This is an unprofessional dealings and Honestly I need to discuss this with the top ggm management.

I only received the cooker.
I then contacted the customer service and after long effort they manage to send another package.
My suprise was when I opened the package and saw it was an ice bucket…
Since then they first said they would send the article but then said it was out of stock.
Now they are waiting for a partner to pick up the ice bucket to refund the money.
We opened the restaurant without the machine and had to buy another one but no sign of our money.
If you are a professional you surely have no time to deal with this kind of stuff. Go buy your stuff somewhere else!
Let me add that they always say they have to check with the central and you get no news.

Lost so much money with worthless equipment didn't the Vat back.
No serious structure there is no serious follow up they let you lose time and money.
They want customers for one-time purpose.
All the materials we purchased have serious problems. Not useful. Consume so much electricity no performance no utility.
Example: Saladette never stop or standby means never attempt to the 4 degree which is programmed or Pizza oven takes 3h10 to reach 350掳 I鈥檓 not finding it normal and gets cold very quick.

They never contacted me in order to fix those issues with their equipments.

After more than 20 e-mails asking to collect, after 10 days they finally came. On February 7, they informed that the ticket had already arrived at the exchange and asked for the bank account to make the transfer. Since then, they never answered e-mails again. NEVER!
As well? I have been waiting for the money since the 7th of February and in 20 days do not return it? And worse, not even e-mails respond, how is it possible? A company that is said to be serious and not even the basics do.
I just want my money back.

After the pan's handle breaking after 4 months I was disappointed and emailed the company, they replied straight away offering a replacement but the mail went to my spam folder! Once I'd found it several days later,and replied, the replacement was sent, arrived really quickly, couldn't be happier with the great customer service I have received. I really like the product and on the strength of their customer service, would happily deal with GGM Gastro again.

Firstly item was shown in stock when I placed the order then next day I get email saying its out of stock.
I change item which is in stock and pay for express 2 day delivery and was told it should be available in 2 days then I make the payment immediately
Then gets told due to high number of customer requests it was not processed in the time to get this delivery
Even get a suggestion over the phone to cancel the order, now get a suggestion that express delivery will be charged for standard delivery cost of goods
No one takes responsibilities and no customer respect very bad attitude

STOLEN OUR MONEY
I sent a payment two weeks ago for a chiller. They said it hadn't come through so i sent them proof of payment multiple times. NO RESPONSE
So far they have my money and I have no chiller.

I have been waiting for more than 6 months to get my refund for a faulty machine. GGM simply would not accept that it was delivered faulty and hence they would take 25% off the purchase price. Nevertheless I am still waiting for the 75% to be refunded.
Do no make the stupid mistake I did. Rather spend a bit more money and buy from reputable company.

We made the payment last month. Few days later received an email from GGM Gastro says the shipment has been delivered and I would receive it within 5 days.
We wait 5 days. Nothing. We made phone call to the company. No one answered.
Another 3 days later, someone finally picked up the phone says shipment has been made, they don鈥檛 know why I don鈥檛 receive. I must wait.
2 days later I called again, they said it鈥檚 on the way, and again they don鈥檛 know what鈥檚 wrong.
And today I made phone call again, they said they sorry, shipment hasn鈥檛 been made. And clearly the tracking number they sent to me before was a fake one.
I don鈥檛 know if GGM Gastro is a real company but clearly I made payment of 20000 EUR and I don鈥檛 receive anything.
Our restaurant is going to open on 19th this month, and now we have no equipment no solution no refund.
If any of you is reading this review, please avoid them. I am been really honest. I have all the phone call record as well as our emails, I hereby state that I take responsibility of what I said above.

As a UK buyer 'parts only' is the only guarantee available to us but you would be amazed how difficult it now is to get faulty parts changed.
In March I bought a bone saw which upon use was found to break EU safety laws in a big way, they asked to have it returned which I did well over 2 months ago now but they still have not repaired the unit to meet EU legislation,they have not replaced it with a compliant machine and they have not made a refund.Trying to get a satisfactory response is beyond a joke, they simply could not give a toss
Please take this as an advisory warning because you do not have the same rights as you would when buying from a UK supplier, it's simply up to them (GGM Gastro) when and how they address your problem

I have used them previously and everything was fine but this time it isn't and they really don't care. It is clear that the two parcels were separated on the way and it's not my fault. I don't choose the courier and have no recourse with them, only ggmgastro do but they are not interested.
