I would not order anything from this company and question their business ethics. I submitted the order in error. My credit card was immediately charged for the first payment. The charges were to be 2 payments of $67.95. I received a confirmation email supposedly from someone having the order. I attempted to respond to that email to cancel it. However, the email b would only stay in the screen for approx 15v seconds and then take me back to my inbox as if I never tried to reply. So I located an email address for their support. I requested to cancel due to the cost and they made the following offer:
I can give you the Friends and Family discount if you are interested. It looks like you opted for the 2X payment of 67.95 two times 15 days apart. I can give it to you now for 47.95, which is less than the 67.95. What do you think?

I agreed to this offer b and they charged me again for $47.95. I have been emailing them to see when they would be refunding the first charge and the only thing I accomplished was having 2 of the 3 upgraded shipping charges refunded. I have not received a call from Patricia who is advising me that there offer should have said that they would reduce the 2nd payment to$47.95. The email I received from not indicate anything about only the second payment, which shouldn't have been billed for 15 days even if it did not does it indicate that I would pay 2 x $47.95. I would have been willing to consider to make the 2 payment, however with all of this deception I will return the product and try to get all of me money back.

I would not recommend working with this company ever and I definitely won't
