Ordered and received a cleaning product however, was charged for a product which I did not order nor receive. (Garcinia health product). Contacted the company immediately and was informed that the matter would be taken care of promptly and the funds would be returned to my account.
Dates:
4/20/16 funds removed from checking acct.
4/20/16 contacted company, "should get refund 7 – 10 days"
5/02/16 contacted company again, "should get refund 7-10 days"
5/18/16 contacted company again, "showed case approved another 7-8 days"
5/27/16 contacted company once again " approved for funds give them another 7 – 10 days"
I decided at this time to make sure bank canceled my card today, reported matter to attorney general, and filed this report.
