This is a warning not to order from yyw.com, they send you any item and not what you order, then when you request a refund they are not willing to refund you at all… they steal and cheat. Please do not order from this website you will not get what ordered.

Gets.com is the first place I look when I need beads. I was looking for a specific type of bead for a knitting project. Entered a description on the website and found exactly what I needed. Shipping is very fast, I would recommend Gets.cn to anyone looking for beautiful beads, fair prices and fast shipping. I have never been disappointed!

I was thrilled to find this company-not only do they have a huge inventory of beautiful, high-quality beads and other items to choose from, but the prices are by far the lowest I've seen anywhere for what I purchased. Plus I like that they make it very easy to buy exactly the amount of beads that you want, and have lots of promotion activities. I absolutely will buy from them again and again. This is my new bead store!!

I've been ordering from this company for 5+ years, likely more than 30 orders placed throughout the years and probably $20k+ spent, so needless to say I've had quite a bit of experience with them. In the early years, they were great. Tons of selection, quality was expected – not the highest, but fine for fashion jewelry with a 5% +/- error rate where components were misshapened/unusable (also understandable and acceptable). They even accommodate custom requests if an item is only offered in silver online, you can request gold finish for a little extra $

Yes, shipping takes long, but I'm assuming things are made to order and not ready to ship. They also ship orders in separate boxes/times sometimes instead of 1 big box per 1 order. A heads up for those who use DHL/FedEx/UPS, as EACH box has processing fees (not talking about duties/taxes, that's in addition which I know I need to pay) by the shipper, so you may get dinged by the shipping company with processing fees for however many boxes Gets.com chooses to ship your order with instead of 1 processing fee for 1 box.

As for quantity received – honestly I've never counted…so I can't comment on that. bad me. After reading these reviews I should. I didn't want to spend a week counting 10000 per style and multiple styles of an item.

I've ordered and re-ordered items as I was very happy with the quality. However over the years, the items would change in quality – same photos and descriptions, but the metal would be thinner and flimsier. Then I started receiving incorrect items, only to be begged to keep the wrong items for a discount. This started happening more often and costing me money to buy huge quantities of items I technically never ordered (not to mention storing all these items until I can resell them).

Because of this, ALWAYS ask for them to send photos with calipers to show size before shipping. They are hesitant to refund for mistakes made on their end. I have received a full credit to my card once, but other times it's been store credit.

Then prices/minimum quantities/sizing started changing AFTER my order had already been placed. Either more expensive, by more that 500% of the original price, or way lower quantity for the same price. They would message me about the change, but when I click the link of the item, the description is ALWAYS exactly as when I had placed the order – no changes to show this new "updated" price.

I really want to love this company (and have for years!) but keeping unwanted merchandise and dealing with incorrect items, price changes – its just not worth the headache. There has been a problem with almost every order I've placed this year (very few issues 5 years ago!). I'd rather pay more for components that are as described with up front pricing that is honoured at the time of purchase. Will sadly not be using this supplier anymore.

I have never knowingly purchased from gets.com. However, I have bought a pair of earrings from China through eBay. Perhaps they gained my PayPal email address that way. Paypal really need to stop sellers from accessing email addresses in this way!
Today I received a dodgy email promotion that I have shared with Action Fraud in London. Itis either spam or phishing. I have, of course, blocked gets.com.
I note that their Chinese address is based not far from Buckingham Palace. I wonder whether Her Majesty sources her jewellery from?
Dodgy company.

Great selection, but you're not going to get anything. Orders have been pending multiple weeks for 1 item. They have a incomprehensible ordering system and they don't respond to emails THROUGH their contact system. Money lost. Not recommended.

I recently received an order from 8seasons containing "bracelets" that were too small even for my toddler to wear, and "sterling silver" that tested as cheap plated metal. They refuse to allow a return or refund, stating that it's my fault for ordering. Do not order from them!

They are great. i find it very important to always use item no codes when describing and ordering products from them. They have been really reasonably priced, findings are a high standard, and shipping and customer service are normal 🙂

Placed multiple large orders in the past with issues every time – wrong products, missing items, refusing to compensate. After a long hiatus (sourced from a different company), saw they had a 20% discount promotion and placed an order. Had issues with payment so waited a few days before trying again. Received a message from day after saying they have removed the discount from the entire order as the promo had finished, and that they will cancel the order if I don't make payment at the full price. What a way to honor their advertising and deals! Nowhere did it say in their terms that full payment had to be made same day or discount will be suddenly removed from the bill! Never AGAIN, VERY DISHONEST.

I had purchased a few times before from gets.cn and had a decent experience, so I decided to place a substantially larger order. Big mistake. Half of the pearl necklaces and bracelets I ordered were substantially smaller than described. For example, I ordered a bracelet described as 7.5" bracelet and instead I received a 6.5". The standard size for a woman's bracelet is 7.5", so one inch less makes a big difference also in the number of people who would be able to wear it. My target market was not kids, it was adults.

I had the same issue with the necklaces I ordered. A necklace would be described as 17" and I would receive a 15.5" or 16". Talk about deceptive descriptions!

Another thing gets.com will do is to fail to communicate with you and ask whether you agree to a change in material and they will just haphazardly substitute something else and expect you to accept it. I had a bracelet I specifically ordered because I wanted that specific material component. I was unplesantly surprised to find they had subtituted one of the components which dramatically changed the look of the bracelet and not in a good way. I asked them why they didn't contact me about the substitution and the non-customer service told me they thought it looked "nice" so they went ahead and competed the quantity for that bracelet.

In this order, I had also purchased a number of beads and gets.com shorted me on the quantity of beads I should have received.

I also ordered beads that looked nothing like what was pictured. If I had known the color of the beads would be as ugly as what I received, I wouldn't have ordered them.

I had many, many issues with this order and uploaded numerous photos; some of the items that were shorter than described had a ruler next to them so the gets.com people could see what I received was not what was described. I probably spent about two months going back and forth with the non customer service, but nothing was resolved. The noncustomer person would ask the same question over and over again and give me different answers to the issues I was attempting to resolve. She would promise a credit, and then walk it back, even when I copied her as to what she had previously messaged and then off course, she would deny offering a credit. She "escalated" the matter to another higher ranking person in customer service, but nothing was resolved. Then it was escalated to a manager. Still no resolution. It seemed like they were purposely dragging the matter out so I would run out of time to dispute it with my credit card company.

I had tried to come to an agreement that would be amicable to both gets.com and me, because I mistakenly believed I needed to show the credit card company that I was making an effort to resolve the matter. What I found was that for overseas transactions, the merchant's conditions apply. You do not get as much leeway as you do with U.S. sellers, so if it says you get 5 days to return the item, you had better return the item within that period and get a return merchandise authorization number also, because if you don't you could be paying for return shipping and be out the merchandise also.

In short, realize that if you're dealing with gets.com, you likely won't get what you ordered, you will probably be shorted on the quantity you order and if there's an issue with your order, they won't work with you to resolve it.

I am an importer of stainless jewelry located in Canada. I have purchased from this company products that are supposed to be stainless and noticed that once the plating is removed, the material is copper color. Since when is stainless copper color?
I have been fighting for a refund , an ongoing fight that has lasted 5 weeks. The company still insists that the products I purchased are stainless.

This is my second review on this company. The products are very good. I've bought sterling silver beads and semiprecious stones and so far, all good. Shipping could be a little faster, though I ordered for their Nov 11 sale, which was 30% and they said they were very busy.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
I have made two orders from this site, both of $3,000 dollars. These people have run the same scams on me both times:
1. They immediately advise you need to up the quanties you have ordered because the factory does not have enough and will not produce them for lessers quantity. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY BEADS THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU.
2. When you say no they will refund you the money for the beads – NOT THE PACKAGING AND POSTING COSTS – THEY KEEP THAT.
3. They will send you faulty goods – pearls that flake, strands of beads with marks on them, strands in horrible colours, beads without a hole through the middle. When you complain they will ask you to send a photo. Then they will say they are referring it to another department. They will ask you to send another photo and finally they will ask you post the items back to them (they state it must be the cheapest possible (which will take ages from the UK)or they will not refund the cost). Don't get suckered into this, THEY DON'T INTEND TO REFUND ANYWAY, they are trying to string you out so that you eventually give up. They hope you won't bother to give them poor feedback.

I like many here also wait a very long time for my goods because in reality they don't have any items in stock, which means that goods that you order for christmas, valentines etc. etc. will come at least a month late.

i have to say that i am extremely impressed with Gest.cn . I was very leary of an online wholeseller, however everything i have received from them was better than i expected. Pictures do not give their items justice. they are fast, reasonable and responsive.
Will be using the site again, and recommending many."

I am a customer for a long time and I am really satisfied with all the work done here. Sometimes orders may take little bit longer to arrive and I can really understand this, but it has been times that products arrived much faster than I have expected. So keep doing this good job and I believe that you will get to the top. The biggest advantage in this site is that the layout is very clearly, how easy you can find anything you want.
