Works very well. When there are problems (e.g. their IPs get blocked by the providers), their support team is always fast to reply and keep you informed on the progress of the fix.

I WANT TO express my HONEST EXPERIENCE:

The reason I have not really touched this product even if I bought this 3 to 4 yrs ago via a LIFETIME DEAL is that it is VERY COMPLICATED TO USE – yes they have a HOW TO GUIDE but mind you? It is not detailed – my Windows is 10 and on the download options they have? only windows 8 so what are you supposed to do?

I have EMAILED MANY times about DNS – I EXPLAINED ALL THE TIME I WANTED to view a USA WEBSITE – but they never mentioned I NEEDED TO use the VPN option – I was talking about DNS servers how to locate it and do it – NO ONE EVEN bothered to pinpoint to me I NEEDED to fix the VPN as STEP 2 after configUring DNS servers – I am not super techie so thought thats IT I CAN use it now – so after MANY EMAILS only one bothered to say I HAVE TO DO vpn??

and now doing the VPN today for 2 hours with chat support… NO DETAILED HELP NO EXTRA MILE guiding me HOW to transfer files.. or wher eto click – do i do this manually or one be one I HAVE TO KEEP FEEDING QUESTIONS

I KNOW workers CANT BE BOTHEReed..they could be tired and fed up w their jobs WHO ISNT??>

NOW I HAD to re install VPN ICON many times AND REMOVE AND INSTALL – WHAT KIND OF VPN COMPANY is this?? VERY USER UNFRIENDLY – 2020 – and so very COMPLEX TO USE

To be fair I used a Philippine VPN product months ago as i wanted to view philipine programs AND IT WAS UP AND RUNNNING NO NONSESE ALL THESE FILES TRANSFER GALORE AND ERROR ON THE VPN CONFIG FILES NOT FOUND–

and the chat support WAS ENDED 2X
AND it DOES NOT SHOW AFTE RTHAT ON THE WEBSITE THE CHAT SUPPORT BOX NOWHER ETO BE FOUND

I FEEL VERY UPSET W THIS EXPERIENCE

LAST STAGE I FOUND TH ICON ALREADY – NOW ITS ASKING ME FOR USERNAME AND PASSWORD — AND NO ONE TOLD ME WHER ETO GET THIS

I FEEL VERY UPSET

MY CHEST FEELS HEAVY

WHY I bother typing this if THIS IS NOT REALLY AFFECTING ME

IT IS REALLY AFFECTED ME SO MUCH

These guys provide fantastic support. The few times I have contacted them the issues are solved in less than a hour. And I鈥檝e never seen them take more than 24 hours for anything. I鈥檝e used the service for several years and will happily continue to do so.

I have successfully been using the service for a number of years. Recently I had an issue when moving house. My new IP address was not being recognized and seemingly appeared as a business or Data Center IP. We had some back and forth with the help team and also spoke to Google Fiber and within a short while the admin at Getflix had it fixed. Great support and customer service.

Their tech support is top-notch. They respond to issues within minutes after being reported. They usually have a fix within the first half a day or even sooner. Been with them for three years and have never been happier. They welcome suggestions for new channels and go immediately to work on them to get them working with smart DNS.

I've been using Getflix for 4 years now and have been very happy. It's not very technical to set up and their customer support is super quick at responding. Very happy with their service.
