GetDismissed Traffic Ticket Fighters

I asked to cancel my services immediately after I found out they are not even lawyers, but they still charged my credit card and never wanted to refund me. Online scam.

The service is super simple and quick. I had my heavy doubts that the ticket would get dismissed but to my surprise it did! It saved me a couple hundred dollars. The customer service is fast. The service is also simple steps to follow.

I barely learned about this place called them up into my surprise if they could help me and it would be a lot cheaper than it would be for me too I have to go to quarter get a point on my license or anything that could help me with it all very professional people very nice people very understanding people and very patient I would recommend them to everybody.

Do not work with this company. Complete waste of time. Will not work to dismiss you case in court. They use cookie cutter formats that judges have seen hundreds of times. I advise you go a different route.

The customer service was great and GetDismissed really helps you fight traffic tickets based on the expertise of their lawyers and staff. l highly recommend this service to anyone. l took a risk in using this service and it was completely worth it!

Reading online what these guys do was pretty black & white. But- they do not do their due diligence in keeping with what they state they will do. They completely dropped the ball on our particular vehicle ticket. They then said for us to go to the court & submit. As was done-the courts would not allow the submission. Then these guys said to call the next day-in which that did not work either. They were unable to help us & have refused to give us a refund. Small claims court here we come. Not only did they not help-I was at the Court House submitting the Declaration-when the court said it couldn鈥檛 be submitted-I then called them & they told me to call the next day to try to submit. They are the so-called experts in all of this & were unable to help & are refusing to refund us for their in-eptness. Very, very disappointed-was expecting a phone call from the owner-but no call has been done. Very, very disappointed.馃槥

They are Scam company, I paied fully $100 last year to fight for my ticket but got rejected, they copy one page to all cases and I do all work so is not fair top of expensive ticket to pay them for nothing. Plus they charge me again for this year another $59 for membership which I do not have ticket with them and they use my signature from last year. I try to dispute but they use my signature and couldn't get back that money. I don't recommend them at all.

The customer service seemed only interested in getting your money and were very matter of fact and they did not fully explain their services or lack thereof to their clients in comparison to others. You had to pull teeth from them to get answers. They are essentially a glorified copying service that puts documents together for you and then has you mail the documents. Also, they do not tell you that your service is auto-renew so if you are not attentive, you will be charged a year later for possibly nothing. If you want a refund, FORGET IT. Once you fill out all the information on their site, which in itself is not well organized, you cannot get a refund and you do not find out about this until later. They should do a MUCH better job of practicing FULL DISCLOSURE of pertinent facts like the fact that they are not a legal service and the terms of conditions relating to auto-renew and refunds. Also, the staff is not very personable in comparison to other services like others. This is not a true example of good customer service. I expect that someone will respond to this posting stating that I was provided the service I paid for and essentially blame me for not being aware of their terms and conditions which they only share AFTER you have paid. I strongly recommend that you either use others or JUST DO IT YOURSELF as they are mostly worthless, uninformative and indifferent. Oh and if you notice most of the positive comments sound like they were written by a Russian bot rather than a human being so I will not be surprised if they just hire or use shady writers to write positive reviews. Also notice that their responses are very broad and do not specifically address the customer's complaint. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

Just one star, there is no other choice, I would give no starts what so ever… worst service ever… not just I just lost my case but when I called several times for instructions on how to get the free services of traffic school, the ladies answering the phone were rude, super impolite, bad customer service… almost like once you paid them to 鈥渉elp you win a case鈥? which was t my case, they really don鈥檛 care about anything else! What a great business!!! Let me take your money you are on your own

Definitely not worth it

They was very professional, understanding and reassuring. I was very concerned about this ticket due to the fact I hadn't received one in 20yrs. By being a frontline first responder I am always concerned not only about safety for my patients but safety for the people thats drives the fwys. GET DISMISSED has helped me tremendously. If you have a ticket that you don't agree with like me. I advise you call GET DISMISSED. I DID!!! THE NAME ITSELF IS SELF-EXPLANATORY. THANKS STEVE
