I recently paid 拢75 for a concert ticket for my daughter. When the ticket arrived I notice the 拢20 price on the ticket. I think this unacceptable and will never use this site or associated site again. And I will ensure that my friends never use these site either???

To be honest giving them one star rating is being generous.

Can't see How To post to their wall on facebook so online review it is.

I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company . Had nothing but problems. Absolutely no reassurance when you have parted with your money.

Tickets don't come til literally a day or two before the gig.. Nobody can tell you when the tickets will arrive and after my friends and I spent over 拢800 on tickets for Lady Gaga we found out when tickets arrived that the seller was making 拢100 profit on tickets worth only 拢40 each (they don't tell you face value at time of purchase, only their added fees ontop of already being ripped off) on top of that we were told we would receive a straight forward refund when the gig was cancelled… Within 15 days. Refund still not arrived!!! Absolute joke trying to get anyone to answer a phone or if they do they just repeat the same line of "your refund will be processsed"…. When will that be I wonder???

Total stress that nobody needs. Steer clear. Will be seeking legal action!!

The following statement has been issued:

"Lady Gaga is suffering from severe physical pain that has impacted her ability to perform. She remains under the care of expert medical professionals who recommended the postponement earlier today. Lady Gaga is devastated that she has to wait to perform for her European fans. She plans to spend the next seven weeks proactively working with her doctors to heal from this and past traumas that still affect her daily life, and result in severe physical pain in her body. She wants to give her fans the best version of the show she built for them when the tour resumes.
Lady Gaga sends her love to all her fans across Europe and thanks them for their support and understanding.

As the tour is currently working on rescheduling the European dates, fans should hold onto their existing tickets pending the announcement of additional information once it is available. The second North American leg of the tour is scheduled to continue as planned.

Live Nation and Lady Gaga apologize sincerely for the inconvenience."

Your tickets are still valid for the new date, so you just need to show up on the new date and they'll be accepted.

My daughter is now unable to go due to having reconstructive ligament surgery, I have tried to find an email address to advise company of this as they have already withdrawn 拢 206.16 from my daughters account. I am assuming from the previous emails that the seller will not have been paid for these tickets until after the event, which appears to be get me in response.
If this is the case I would like a total refund as tickets show October 17 dates not the new date and we don't wish to unwittingly sell tickets that may not be accepted. Hoping with evidence in this thread that GET ME IN honour the refund.

Great show but seating area not good for money paid !and the 02 venue was disorganised
totally we were swapped to different ques twice
so was queuing over hour, needs relevant boards with directions, not a lady shouting at the top of her voice she didn鈥檛 even have a megaphone so no one could hear her if they were not next to her basically! 02 needs organising spoilt our night .

With just 4 days until the concert I booked 2 tickets for Andre Rieu at the SSE Arena Wembley on Saturday 23rd December in the second row arena floor at a cost of 拢88 each along with a 拢32.24 processing fee and a 拢2.40 delivery fee, a total cost of 拢210 64.When the email tickets arrived just 10 minutes later the face value of the tickets where 拢99 each so i only spent 拢12.24 more for the pair of tickets in total, that's less then a Wembley arena booking fee!

During the selling process there was no comunication that made it clear to me that I wouldnt receive payment untill after the event, I was unhappy but accepted that I didnt read the terms and conditions correctly so I will admit my error on this part.

I patiently waited untill after 10 working days to chase my payment. During this time i was being called near enough everyday by my ex partner who bought the tickets chasing this money as he needed this for christmas to buy presents for our chrildren. I then called on Friday the 15th and spoke to a gent who basically said nothing we can do because the carrier you provided didnt scan the tickets and I would need to spend my time writing an email to a seller department. As I was not getting anywhere I then asked to speak to a manager. By some mircle Cas the TL then said to me that hes contacted the buyer everything was fine and he would process payment as soon as he could if not today then Monday. (this call has been recorded)

Monday then come and to my horror, still no funds. Called again to be told that the payment would not go in untill the 28th! Again very unhappy I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was going home and there would be nothing I can do. At this point I have had to call you 2 times to chase my own money, as a single mother who works full time this is a very difficult task! Cas then came back onto the call and basically told me that I was accusing him of lying and he oringally told me the 28th.
As stated above the call was recorded I have listened to this back and was NEVER told that my money would not reach me untill the 28th which is then 19 working days after the event has taken place. You have broken your argreement with me by 9 working days and acused me of lying. Working in customer service myself if I had treated my customers the way you have treated my I would be out of a job. I was told many times that the finace team are working untill the 21st so I fail to understand why a payment cannot be processed as today is only the 18th. I now have a very upset ex partner screaming at me for this money as he is unable to get presents for my chrildren. 拢100 is allot my money to us and money we cannot lose this side of christmas.

I recently bought J Hus tickets from GET ME IN 2/3 months after the release date, a couple of weeks before the concert I released I had entered my home address and i was currently at my University address. I contacted GMI and they couldn't have been more helpful, the change of address was stress free and took less than a day. Tickets arrived 2 weeks before the concert. Stress free and brilliant customer service!

Sold Tickets for Future on 23/10/2017, which were delivered and despatched to the buyer days before the show. It鈥檚 been nearly a month later and I still have no payment despite validating payment details and absolutely no way of contacting 'Get Me In' to find out what went wrong with them sending payment. Called customer services numerous times and just get automated answer service that bounces you around their system but has no facility to talk to a staff member. Just redirects to web site that in turn gives useless customer services number. Won鈥檛 be using this again.

Good way to get tickets ti sold out gigs if you are prepared to pay the high price tag. Couldn't fault the service. Tickets arrived in plenty of time, well packaged. Good e-mail reminders of upcoming event also.

Bought tickets for U2 at Twickenham and overall it worked really well. The tickets were posted weeks in advance and it all worked like a charm on the day. And of course it was a fantastic gig. My only gripe (and it's significant) is the big discrepancy between the face value of the ticket and the price we paid.

I sold my Robbie Williams tickets through Get me in. I'm still waiting for payment. The concert was on 2nd June. I have emailed twice and I'm still waiting for a response. I have spent 2 days calling and just get cut off after been given the message try later.

UPDATE
I finally managed to get through on the telephone. They gave me an email address to email as they advised my payment was rejected but didn't know why. I emailed as advised and the payment was in my PayPal account within minutes.

I bought Elton John tickets for this Saturday the 17th i bought them a few months ago.
I got an E-Mail on Monday telling me there was a problem with my tickets but not to worry as someone from there customer service team would be in touch.
As i had not heard anything i phoned them yesterday the 15th to see what was going on after holding for about 20 mins a very rude man came on the phone to advice me that they had been problems with our tickets and that we were not going to get them.
He did come back after a while and offer me other tickets but not were we wanted to sit that's why we paid the money in the first place.
As for customer service i honestly thought it was a wide up as he was so rude and not an help at all.
He did offer me 25% discount which was nice of him on cheaper tickets.
Will never use them again and will make sure i tell as many people as i can how bad there customer service is.

purchased 2 tickets for my grandson n pal for stormyz concert at 49 pound each and they would not let them in he was VERY upset i asked to speak to the manager and he was too busy so i might as well have put 100 pound in the bin not happy c turnbull
