I sent my car there to have the air conditioning fixed and eventually they managed to diagnose the problem and fix it, 3 weeks from the first time I sent it in. I realise that some problems are more difficult to diagnose and attend to than others and so my dissatisfaction is not with that but with the poor customer service I received. So the 1 star rating above is for the poor customer service, the work eventually done on the car seems great but overall my experience was very poor.
Initially I was told several times that it would be attended to 'tomorrow'. As time went by, they wouldn't return my calls to let me know the status of my car and when I might expect it back, this is despite repeated promises to call me back 'within a few minutes' or 'in a little while' and despite me telling them I needed the car back by a certain date. To top it all of, when I went to collect the car with my husband, the entire tone was markedly different.
Do they not expect women to have cars that need to be fixed?
