I also booked a flight with Geostar and thought I'd lost my money but luckily for me the bank blocked the payment.
If they hadnt I would of lost æ‹¢600.
Obviously the bank blocked it for a reason, they must know that this company is suspect.
I learnt my lesson to always check a company's reputation here on Trustpilot.

I registered on the website and booked my flight on TAP Air Portugal. However, it was not clear to me whether or not hold baggage was included or excluded in the ticket price. During the purchase process, there was no detail about the air fare, airport taxes or hold baggage and whether it was included in the price.
I e-mailed Geostar in English to ask for clarification and I received a response in Portuguese. I asked for an English translation which was never received.
Upon arrival at Madrid airport, we were informed by TAP that hold baggage was not included and we had to pay a higher price at the airport.
My main complaint (and why I will never use GeoStar again) is that their customer service is very poor, as I followed up with various e-mails after my trip. They have not apologised at all for their poor communications.
AVOID GeoStar at all costs!
